We will count on you to:

• Assist in day to day accounting functions and processes as well as reporting of financial information
• May prepare journal entries, validate billing and revenue accruals as part of the SOX testing, administrative system accounting reports and/or consolidated statements. Analyzes and maintains the general ledger accounts and/or client insured records.
• Analyze various accounting reports including variances to forecast, budget and prior year.
• Coordinate revenue and expense accruals, while ensuring timely accurate monthly and quarterly close.
• Performs variation and trend analysis for key general ledger accounts or reports, which may include and not limited to; apply funds to insured records, process refunds to insured records, request payments for carriers and third parties.
• Presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Assists with the development, implementation and documentation of internal and external accounting and operating policies, procedures and process improvements for general accounting functions.
• Responds to ad hoc requests for financial information while, providing guidance, advise and train junior/less experienced accountants.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, carrier agreements, SOX procedures, tax regulations, local GAAP and US GAAP and local statutory regulations (as applicable) regarding financial matters.

What we need to see:

• TX/RX related design experience or is fairly familiar with high-speed SerDes/analog circuit design concepts

• Strong background of Cadence custom design tools, various circuit simulators like Hspice, XA, FineSim, Spectre

• Experience in crafting test bench environments for component and top level circuit verification

About the job

We offer 12 – 15 timers weekly of work – with the possibility of planning according to your lectures and exams. Your main tasks will be:

• Create and maintain courses, assessments, and Learning Plans in our Learning Portal (Docebo).

• Enrol and complete learners in the Learning Portal.

• Withdraw reports from the Learning Portal.

• Monitor our common mailbox.

• Create templates, procedures, surveys, and other relevant documents.

• Ad hoc system support on the Learning Portal

• Maintain our document management system.

• Support the administrative tasks when planning training across the world (hotel, visa, invitation letters, certificates,  etc.).

• Update our site on Alfa Laval intranet (SharePoint).

What you know

We imagine you have:

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook.

• Basic knowledge of Excel, including formulas.

• Knowledge of basic HTML.

• Knowledge of SharePoint.

• An interest in and flair for IT, and you are well-formulated in English, both written and spoken.

The Design for Manufacturability Engineer is responsible for managing the manufacturability of products. The Design for Manufacturability Engineer establishes reliable, stable and Lean manufacturing processes. This person serves as key interface between Engineering and Manufacturing, and provides expertise in areas such as machining, process planning (Lean), manufacturing and mechanical assembly process design, test procedures, standard work development, ownership of new product routings, cost roll. The ideal candidate also should possess good leadership skills to take ownership of the projects supported. Candidate with pump stage manufacturing experience like stage tooling design, stage machining, pouring and casting will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Design processes using Lean concepts, such as standardized work instructions, line balancing, layout and work sequence optimization, training development matrix, value stream mapping, Kaizen/5S workouts, pull processes, total preventive maintenance, cell design and quick changeover and batch-size optimization.
• Identify manufacturing risks on new products and minimize or eliminate them using Lean and Six Sigma concepts and tools.
• Direct the engineering team on manufacturability concepts and materials during the design phase to define and eliminate manufacturing risks and ensure the manufacturability of new designs during new and rapid response product development.
• Be responsible, with Production or Manufacturing Manager, for manufacturing sign-off.
• Provide manufacturing expertise on drawings to help ensure consistency between component requirements and manufacturing capability.
• Exploring and implementing new ways to make processes more efficient
• Designing and enabling automation of processes as needed for the project
• Component design and GD&T on new designs of parts.
• Maintain Design for Manufacturability responsibility while managing the transition of new products to the appropriate Integration or Production Center for ENP and pilot series builds.
• Incorporate shop floor and supplier manufacturability issues into future products.
• Manage manufacturability issues to ensure that established product quality and product yield levels are met at the start of production.
• Help investigate, analyze root cause and implement corrective action for product quality and product yield issues during product launch.

Job Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years’ in downhole equipment manufacturing or stage manufacturing experience
• Bachelors or Masters in Industrial, Mechanical, or manufacturing or equivalent combination of higher degree and experience.
• Experience with MRP systems like SAP
• Good understanding of process development
• Good oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Relevant du chef de groupe de gestion de projet cabine, le PMO FCO soutient le CPD (Customer Program Director) dans le cadre du processus FCO (Fulfill Customer Order) et de la portée de ses activités spécifiques au sein d'Airbus. Il interface avec les fournisseurs de composantes pour la cabine et ses systèmes, y compris les sièges tout en tenant en compte de l'intégration au niveau avion.

Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appelé à :

• Élaborer, harmoniser et gérer les plannings intégrés (Industriels avec les fournisseurs et au sein d'Airbus) pour leur périmètre en support du plan IVP (Integrated Version Planning).

• Assurer la consolidation et la qualité de tous les jalons dans leur périmètre au sein d'Airbus et auprès des fournisseurs.

• Coordonner les activités de gestion de projet en lien avec le système Airbus de développement produit (PDS) incluant les revues de maturité de projet.

• Diriger certaines activités du processus FCO spécifiquement liées aux têtes de version et ce pendant toute la durée du programme, y compris dans le cadre des avions subséquents. 

• Intégrer et analyser les données financières, les données de planification, de qualité et de performance des modifications majeures afin de fournir des analyses pertinentes et transparentes sur l’avancée des projets.

• Mettre en place et gérer la gouvernance des équipes multidisciplinaires, internes et externes à Airbus, incluant l’ingénierie, les méthodes, la qualité, les achats et les fournisseurs.

• Assurer la liaison avec les instances IPT spécifiques afin de coordonner les escalations d'informations avec les fournisseurs. Participer activement à l’examen du jalons IR (Industrial Readiness) et PRR (Production Readiness Review) avec les fournisseurs concernés, selon les besoins.

Les compétences que nous recherchons :

In your Role you will: 

Reporting to the Head Of PMBP Cabin, the PMO FCO supports the CPD (Customer Program Director) within the FCO (Fulfill Customer Order) process and the scope of its specific activities within Airbus. It interfaces with suppliers of components for the cabin and its systems, including seats while taking into account aircraft-level integration.

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

• Develop, harmonize and manage integrated planning (Industrial with suppliers and within Airbus) for their scope in support of the IVP (Integrated Version Planning) plan.

• Ensure the consolidation and quality of all milestones within their scope within Airbus and with suppliers.

• Conduct and coordinate enhanced Project Management activities associated to the Product Development System (Maturity Gates).

• Integrate and analyze cost (including earned value management), schedule, quality and performance data to create transparency on project progress.

• Ensure consistent top level decision making in line with operational needs and escalate issues when required.

• Manage risk & opportunity activities (identification, categorization, mitigation…).

• Lead and support regular meetings and governance for multi-disciplinary teams, internal as well as external to Airbus, including Engineering, Industrial, Quality, Procurement, Suppliers, etc.

• Lead certain activities of the FCO process specifically related to the head of versions, throughout the duration of the customer A/C program, including in the context of subsequent aircrafts.

• Liaise with specific IPT functions to coordinate escalations with suppliers. Participate in Industrial Reviews (IR) and PRR (Production Readiness Review) milestones with relevant suppliers, as needed.

The skills we are looking for:

• You hold a Project Management/Engineering bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 

• You demonstrate a high level of leadership and influence.

• You have a minimum of  7 years of experience in program or project management.

• You have a technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations.

• You have good analytical, planning and problem solving skills.

• You have experience in aerospace.

• You demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English.
