Roles and Responsibilities:
• 3+ years of test automation experience
• Evolve test automation frameworks for Mobile, Web and API
• Expertise in at least one or more test automation tools. Eg: Selenium with Java/C#, TOSCA, Microfocus UFT/QTP, TestCafe, Appium, XCUITest, Espresso
• Experience using Java, Junit, TestNG
• Provide accurate estimates for delivery of test automation tasks – scripting, debugging and execution, reporting.
• Knowledge in API testing (Rest Assured/JSON/XML)
• Demonstrated experience using TDD or BDD (Java, Cucumber)
• Perform code reviews with project teams related to test code
• Assist in getting the automated test runs incorporated into the build/deploy pipeline
• Assist in identifying infrastructure needs and stay on top of new technologies and frameworks.
• Collaborate and work with project teams on implementing automation for their project
• Coach teams to become autonomous with the test frameworks
• Self-driven attitude to identify the gaps in existing framework and propose innovative solutions.
• Work with operations and release management teams to create a continuous delivery pipeline

As an experienced test consultant, you will be responsible for the testing and quality of the overall solution, emphasizing SAP Testing. You will have strong technical skills, sound technology understanding, and a strong desire to learn. You will have the ability to identify creative and complex testing solutions for technical and application-based systems. All of these are critical to the success of this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Self-initiated: Proactively apply testing techniques, test plans, and test cases to enforce the quality of the system to support BAU and new implementations as required by the platform.
• Project/Program-initiated: Develop test cases against the requirements and plans for their execution within the timelines specified by the initiatives.
• Assist the Test manager with test effort estimates in accordance with the amount of project delivery information available.
• Participate in formal review of key project artifacts being delivered in accordance with project methodology.
• Prepare test cases and identify/create test data, as required.
• Undertake and facilitate peer review of testing deliverables.
• Undertake formal review and/or peer review of own and other testing resources artifacts including test cases.
• Provide instruction and guidance to Testing personnel to achieve goals and provide feedback on the quality of their work.
• Communication with the project team and test analysts
• Seek opportunities for automation integration and testing to introduce efficiencies and quality gains across the systems.
• Raise defects/issues and provide an implementation plan for their resolution by anticipating similar issues in the future and making proactive activities based on the current environment and stakeholder needs.
• Recommend and implement changes to the overall testing approach.

Skills Required/preferred:
• You must have demonstrable, minimum 5 years of testing experience with multiple SAP testing projects.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience working for a large organization in a complex environment with a medium to large team.
• Strong hands-on experience in Microfocus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tool
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on experience in SOLMAN, ARIS, and MS Teams
• Strong knowledge of system testing techniques, methods, and approaches used in testing SAP modules.
• Familiarity with testing types and techniques such as requirements testing, functional testing, regression testing, risk-based testing, data integrity testing, API testing, negative testing, string testing, production verification testing, and comparative testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing cycles, test tools, and defect-tracking processes.
• Be able to prepare test environment specifications, test cases, and test plans as needed.

About this Position

The Securities Quality of Business Analyst 1 obtains corrections for incoming new business applications including outside funds, 529 plans, qualified plans, variable annuities, platform accounts, unlicensed sales, and Lifetime managed accounts. The role will communicate with our field force via telephone, e-mail and/or fax. Applications that cannot be processed will be returned to the writing Representative. Outgoing mail is tracked to ensure proper delivery. The incumbent will also perform quality control check on processed work as well as daily reconciliation to ensure all trades have been processed within department standards.

This is a hybrid position that requires working onsite in the Duluth, Georgia office and remotely multiple days each week.

The estimated salary range for this position is $40K - $50K

Regulatory Compliance Specialist role is integral to a MNC bank's Singapore Independent Compliance Risk Management team. The role is responsible for collaborating with the team in reviewing and remediating items in the Singapore Regulatory Inventory (RI), particularly focusing on dissecting selected complex Singapore Acts and Regulations into thematic publications within the RI framework aligned with Singapore Regulators' structures. The aim is to ensure comprehensive capture and risk-rating of all applicable Laws, Rules, and Regulations (LRR) according to GRC Risk taxonomy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restructure key complex Acts and Regulations within the RI, breaking down each into thematic publications.
• Analyze and structure major Singapore Acts and Regulations such as the Banking Act, Securities and Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act, etc.
• Enrich the RI at both publication and obligation levels.
• Perform manual mapping of publications and obligations if required.

Knowledge/Experience:

• Expertise in Singapore laws, rules, regulations, risks, and typologies.
• Paralegal experience or proficiency in legal analysis, interpretation, and documentation.
• Ability to analyze laws, rules, and Regulations, interpret them, and assess their potential applicability to financial services entities.
• Understanding of control and compliance risk management.

Overview:

The Senior Compliance Testing Analyst is responsible for the leading and execution of compliance testing engagements utilizing a risk-based approach in line with department standards to ensure the Bank’s compliance with applicable laws, rules & regulations aligned to M&T’s lending business including   Commercial, Business and Private Banking. These responsibilities include leading and planning the execution of testing and reporting, as well as, the oversight and coaching of team members to deliver a quality product in line with department standards. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Interface with all layers of the organization predominantly independently to obtain information related to processes and controls.
• Perform compliance testing in accordance with department and professional standards.
• Specific compliance testing responsibilities include the planning and execution of control and substantive testing, assistance in the review of testing, and evaluating results to determine if control weaknesses or testing exceptions exist.
• Organize and complete work within established timeframes predominantly independently, periodically providing updates of completion status to management.
• Draft substantive testing findings and control execution weaknesses under the direction of a Manager.
• Lead collaborative testing team discussions with all levels of management where judgment and opinions are effectively challenged.
• Review test findings with testing management and other compliance officers to confirm validity of issues; make recommendations to Compliance Testing Manager regarding the appropriate tier rating of identified issues.
• Work with business units and compliance groups to ensure consistent understanding of requirements.
• Responsibilities may also include system administrative duties such as maintenance, validation, and/or updating in the compliance data management system (Archer).
• Review work papers of team members and provide related feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
• Build a working relationship with line-level Internal Audit, Business Units, and Corporate Compliance Portfolio Managers.
• Encourage integrated testing approaches with the data & systems team, and make suggestions on testing approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing procedures.
• Serve as knowledge resource for team members.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements to perform and ensure an appropriate level of testing.
• Assess business unit process and controls under minimal direction or independently, and provide risk focused input on effectiveness and efficiency of testing approach.
• Independently document and assess all levels of test scripts.
• Participate in special projects and department wide initiatives, as necessary.
• Multitask assignments and meet established deadlines.
• Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.  Identify risk-related findings needing escalation to a Manager.

Nature and Scope:

The position works under the direction of the Compliance Testing Manager and is required to exercise independent judgment and discretion utilizing a risk based approach. 

The position collaborates extensively with (a) Corporate Compliance subject matter deputies to gain an appropriate understanding of applicable regulatory requirements, (b) business unit staff and PCMs to understand work flows and processes, and (c) Internal Audit as a resource for review and coordination of testing plans and methods.

The position may interact with external contacts including Bank Supervisors/Examiners and peers at other institutions.

Education/Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related curriculum and a minimum of 4 years' relevant work experience (Compliance, Audit, Business, Finance, Technology, Computer Science, or Risk Management), OR, in lieu of a degree a combined minimum of 8 years’ higher education and/or work experience including 4 years' relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated coaching experience.
• Ability to read and understand laws, regulations, and common law applicable to subject matter.
• Ability to exercise judgment and sound discretion, and understand when Corporate Compliance Management guidance is needed.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, having the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing to line level management.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages.

Education/Experience Preferred:

• Related certifications (CPA, CIA, CISA, CAMS, CRCM or similar certification)
• Experience in regulations that apply to Commercial and/or Business Banking.
• Internal system knowledge preferred but not required, i.e. nCino
• Strong leadership and team building skills
• MBA or Master's Degree in an appropriate field.
