This exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing care provider in the East Yorkshire area as a HR Business Partner. This role will work closely with the managers and directors of the company, taking a lead on recruitment and resourcing, employee relations and change management.

Your new role

• Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will take the lead on supporting the business with developing and implementing the safer recruitment strategies of the business. You will liaise directly with line managers across the business to identify and plan for upcoming recruitment campaigns to be delivered efficiently.
• You will be the go-to person in the business to support and advise line managers in grievance and disciplinary cases, providing excellent guidance in-line with employment law. You will coach and mentor staff in effective processes as required.
• Ideally, you will have experience in change management processes, including TUPE.
• This role will include line management of 2 HR Administrators, so previous experience of people management would be beneficial.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven track record of success within a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner role - ideally with a focus on employee relations.
• Thorough knowledge of employment law and ER processes.
• Good experience of recruitment and attraction strategies.
• Ability to coach and mentor senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Build a relationship as a trusted HR advisor with Divisional Directors and managers in the Organisation / Division.

Your new role As a HRBP, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's success. You will collaborate with the senior leadership team to understand the strategic direction of the business. You will also partner with leaders in your business areas to truly understand the business from an operational and cultural perspective. To be successful in this role you will be a hands-on team player, happy to get involved in the operational work and have extensive experience building strategic relationships. My client is on a journey of growth through acquisition, so there will be an opportunity to utilise your change management skills, supporting your business areas through the transition as the company grows.
