Key Responsibilities:

1. Finance Operations: Supervise day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and month-end closing activities.

8. Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail when working with financial data to prevent errors.

Job Requirements:

Understanding of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping principles.
Strong time management and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to complete assigned duties.
Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance or equivalents, CIMA / ACCA / CPA preferred. 
Preferred experienced in Xero / ERP systems
Preferred experienced in supervisory role

The Customer Relationship Management is responsible building relationship and pipeline for the various sales team whilst providing support to the team Manager.

Job Description:

• Maintain daily operations of the inbound/chat sales channel to ensure business coverage and team SLA.
• Provide floor support and monitor random calls/chats to identify coaching opportunity in order to improve quality, correct errors and upskill sales.
• Assist Sales Manager in team motivation and drive team to meet sales conversion target and maintain team performance KPI.
• Assist in onboarding, regular training and development of new hires.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent
• 2 years experienced in supervising sales team with success track record
• 3 years experienced in Business-to-Business (b2b), phone based sales or any related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Oracle and Salesforce.com or similar CRM tool, is an added advantage
• Experience handling operations in Shared Service or in a BPO environment is an added advantage

• Assessing the construction project plans and specifications to determine the types and quantities of materials needed. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and architects to understand project requirements.
• Identifying and selecting suppliers and vendors based on factors such as cost, quality, and reliability. Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery terms.
• Developing cost estimates for materials and ensuring adherence to project budgets.Monitoring and controlling material costs to avoid budget overruns.
• Maintaining accurate records of material inventory levels and tracking consumption. Implementing efficient inventory management practices to minimize waste and prevent shortages.
