Job Responsibilities
1)Contract Management
1.1)Ensuring close communication with site team to overcome any operational challenges inclusive but not limited to daily deployment of workers, task scheduling, coordination of works, client management.
1.2)Prompt respond to clients are mandatory. All clients are to be acknowledge of request/communications within the same day.
1.3)To carry out audits to ensure quality of cleaning is maintained and improved along with Supervisors and clients.
2)Staff management
2.1)Responsible to ensure staff welfare are taken care inclusive but not limited to distribution of cash wages when needed, arrangement of medical check-ups , etc.
2.2) Serve as a mediator in term of any challenges faced by workers be it on salary issues, HR matters, or etc.
3)Control Process
3.1)To highlight any information received at sites including but not limited to potential revenue,contract renewal,etc.
3.2) Any decisions required apart from daily cleaning activities is to be referred back to Superiors.No commitment is to be given to external parties (client/vendor) without prior approval.
3.3)All internal arrangements or communications are to be kept private and confidential, not to be shared with external parties.
4)Reporting
4.1)To ensure attendance are tabulated accurately into payroll formats. Thorough checking on site/staff information inclusive but not limited to leaves, absenteeism, Ots, off day, etc.
4.2)Ensuring monthly stock requisition is placed timely without exceeding budget.
4.3)Prompt submission on all operational documentation in accordance to pre-determined datelines.
4.4)Any ad-hoc reporting required by OCS Management.
5)Flexibility
5.1)To practice flexibility in tasks handling. OCS Management may relocate your position based on your strength to best suit the organization.

The Neurodiagnostic team is comprised of EEG Technologists, EEG Technicians and Neurodiagnostic Assistants. These individuals work together to set up patients with appropriate equipment, allowing for monitoring and recording of electrical activity of a patient’s brain waves.
