Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement adequate EHS programs and systems (including records) to maintain and demonstrate regulatory compliance as well as comply with company policies and procedures.

• Process inbound material (parcel / documents / shipment) upon arrival and make sure material is available to the couriers
• Ensure that material is secured according to the Security policy and procedures if it is not going out for delivery
• Process outbound material according to the latest processes and procedures

候選人簡介
在這方面，候選人應具備良好的英語口語和書面能力；良好的英語寫作能力。此外，良好的商業和高級公共事務背景也是必不可少的。您需要靈活並願意承擔不同工作領域的任務，以支援總監的工作。

*35-45歲的馬來西亞女性；成熟的個性。

*至少擁有工商管理、秘書管理或物流管理的文憑（或學位）資格。
*在先前的職位中至少有 3-5 年作為行政助理或 PA 的綜合工作經驗。
*良好的英語、口語和寫作能力，並精通國語和中文/普通話。
*進階 Microsoft 應用程式技能（Word、Excel、Power Point 和 Outlook）。
