職位描述

• 管理實施組織銷售策略、推動收入成長和實現財務目標所需的銷售團隊和支援營運。
• 實施流程、工具和結構來支援銷售組織的運作。
• 身為大客戶銷售經理，為團隊和個人設定長期和短期目標，並使用數據來衡量和監控銷售流程、發現問題並提高績效。
