YOU WILL PLAY IMPORTANT ROLE IN

• Recruitment, selection and placement of manpower requirement in SDP as according to approved personnel requisition.
• To lead, supervise and monitor job performance of subordinates.
• Responsible for the administration of company benefits and welfare programme for all staffs such as leave/medical/uniforms etc.
• To be responsible for updating and computation of employee personnel records such as personal file, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, termination etc.
• Responsible to create and maintain Prosoft system in a proper way to support attendance management and payroll computation. 
• To conduct exit interview for resignation and highlight to the management on any special issue if deemed necessary.
• To handle staff disciplinary issue, grievances and counseling in operational level. 
• Delivers progress reports and analysis to the Human Resource Manager as appropriate.
• Oversee Safety, Health, Environment and Training section

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
• Possess a Safety Officer green book is an advantage.
• A hands-on person with minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in HR, EHS, Training Section in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Analytical problem solver with demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment while working independently to resolve critical issues.
• Possess excellent supervisory and people management skills.
• Strong leadership ability and social skills towards cross-functional teams.
• A team player who is meticulous, hardworking and able to multi-task.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

A. Tujuan umum dari pekerjaan tersebut

Sebagai Asst. Manajer Proyek akan Bertanggung jawab atas Manajemen Proyek yang tepat dari proyek transformasi kami mulai dari manajemen garis waktu, manajemen anggaran/biaya, manajemen dokumentasi proyek, dan manajemen pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan proyek Transformasi berjalan Bisnis.

B. Tugas Reguler/Rutin (harian, mingguan, bulanan dll)

• Membantu Manajer Perawatan Rumah dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari dan mengawasi jaringan transformasi total

• Mengikuti rapat proyek inovasi dan mewakili PMO Mgr jika PMO Mgr tidak dapat menghadiri agenda tersebut

• Untuk memeriksa seluruh jaringan proyek dan mengangkat kasus apa pun yang berpotensi mengganggu aktivitas waktu dalam jaringan

• Berkoordinasi dengan lembaga atau vendor luar untuk mendukung aktivitas proyek transformasi

• Berkoordinasi dengan seluruh pemangku kepentingan yang terkait dengan proyek transformasi dan membangun komunikasi & kolaborasi yang baik untuk mewujudkan proyek tersebut

• Membuat tata kelola dan dokumentasi anggaran proyek

• Membuat tata kelola dan dokumentasi jaringan proyek

• Mampu mengambil keputusan untuk memastikan keberhasilan operasi.

• Mampu merespons keadaan darurat secara tepat waktu.

• Mampu melakukan manajemen vendor secara efektif.

• Secara teratur memperbarui kemajuan & masalah penting apa pun ke PMO Mgr

• Pekerjaan atau tugas lain apa pun yang diberikan oleh manajemen jika diperlukan.

• Mengeskalasi dan memperbarui masalah eksternal atau internal ke Manajemen Puncak

• Secara proaktif mencari inisiatif apa pun yang dapat memberikan peningkatan bagi Bisnis Perawatan Rumah

• Membuat dokumentasi yang baik mengenai proses instalasi mesin baru seperti SOP, Buku Log Masalah Mesin, dll

• Berpartisipasi aktif dalam Program dan kampanye SHE.
