職責：

• MS Excel 的高級等級和會計軟體的良好知識。
• 注重細節和保密，組織嚴密，在壓力下運作良好。
• 熟練 SQL、Xero 或 Autocount 軟體是額外優勢。
• 擁有處理餐飲的經驗。

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the accident investigation team to investigate the status and cause of each accident and establish measures to prevent similar accidents.
• Ensure the training and education of all personnel is being carried out to an acceptable standard. 
• Perform inspections such as hazard identification, risk assessment and determination control measures to ensure that safe work practices are implemented at site.
• To register to JKKP for jobsite register under his name.
• To prepare Safety & Health Report monthly.
• Promote the concept that Safety and Health are a line responsibility
• Notify sub-contractors to remedy unsafe activities or work conditions and if any of them do not comply, suspend work with acknowledgement by Project Manager or prohibit the use of the facilities until rectification is confirmed.
• Assist auditors visiting audit the safety and health management and strive to reflect the auditing results in the safety and health management.
• Advise on safety legislation and procedures.
• To become secretary to the safety and health committee.
• To arrange safety committee meeting
• Monitor the weekly inspection report prepared by site safety supervisor.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on occupational safety and health matters.
• Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Environmental/safety/officer)
• Familiar with the Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) and Factory and Machinery Act (FMA).
• ISO 9001/OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.
• Candidates must possess at least green book.
• Able to work independently.
• Built a good communication and good relationship with other site staff / superiors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to supervise, guide and coaching the accounts personnel
• Ensure that all month end closing deadline is met and timely submission of relevant reports
• Perform checking accounting entries, journal voucher and review of monthly accounts prepared by subordinate.
• Preparation of year-end audit and tax schedules, liaise with company auditors, tax agent on all statutory matters.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with all financial and accounting reporting as imposed by all relevant regulatory bodies.
• Reporting and presenting accurate and timely financial information in accordance to MFRS, group policies, legal and regulatory compliance imposed by all relevant regulatory bodies.
• Proactively assess the financial implications prior to the adoption of effective accounting standards.
• Responsible to liaise with auditors, tax agents, regulatory bodies and any relevant parties.
• Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a recognised degree and/or professional qualification in accounting (ACCA/CIMA/MIA or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of related experience. Experience in property development industry will have an added advantage.
• Technically strong in accounting standards and system and internal control.
• Knowledge in property365 (IFCA.net) will be an added advantage
• Well verse in Microsoft Office software
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia – both verbal & written
• A team player with high level of integrity, meticulous and proven analytical problem-solving skills.
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess a good supervisory, planning, organizing and leadership skills.
