In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conduct investigations on KYC sanctions reviews of counterparties
• Perform analysis of vessel movements and ownership structures, identify potential links to sanctions and offer advice on those issues
• Enhance governance over sanctions lists and screening processes, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance the controls
• Examine regulatory and internal audit reports related to sanctions
• Establish sanctions procedures and conduct sanctions-related training to staff as necessary
• Other adhoc projects when required

Requirements:

• 3-10 years' compliance experience in bunker trading, shipping or oil and gas industries
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse, international teams
• Ability to converse in Mandarin as interaction with Chinese clients is required

Our client is a leading investment management firm in Singapore and they are looking for a compliance officer to join their team. This is a 6 months contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize internal systems for monitoring and reporting in accordance to compliance processes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance issues

Our client is an investment firm and they are looking to hire Group Compliance Officer who will be working closely with the senior management team.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, implement and maintain group compliance policies and procedures (including but not limited to whistleblowing, outsourcing, gifts register, employee share trading register, AML/CFT, data protection, client onboarding, KYC etc.) in accordance with Singapore and Foreign regulations where applicable
• Draft and revise group’s business continuity management procedures and policies
• Conduct periodic review of our outsourcing arrangements and developed a checklist in place to meet MAS outsourcing requirements
• Conduct annual internal training covering AML/CFT, risk management, regulations and industry best practices for staff and new joiners
• Compute Risk-based Capital Adequacy Requirements, with inputs from the Finance team

Job Summary

The Sr. Manager, FDA Compliance (Global Remediation Officer) assures that all plants and I&D Centers having activities with US-FDA are in compliance with US-FDA regulations, including but not limited to, cGMPs, cGLPs, & cGCPs. This includes foreign facilities within Fresenius Kabi for importation of API or finished products to the US market. This position organizes and promotes company-wide US-FDA quality and compliance improvement and global remediation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading, coordination, verification and tracking of global remediation activities within the pharmaceutical division
• Evaluation of Investigations and changes that could have an impact on regulatory commitments
• Identification and remediation of plant quality and compliance risks through evaluation of tradition and non-tradition metrics, audit results, gap assessments, etc
  • Support plant on strategy and compliance plans for identified gaps
  • Lead/manage working groups to ensure mitigation plans are executed
• Responsible for specific preparation of manufacturing sites and I&D Centers for upcoming US-FDA inspections, including but not limited to:
  • Training of plant staff for general inspection aspects and behaviors, as well as specific training for subject matter experts

Requirement

• Experience: 8+ years including practical experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or US-FDA.
• A thorough knowledge of drug transfer processes, manufacturing processes for aseptically filled, terminally sterilized and lyophilized pharmaceuticals, cGMPs, ICH guidelines, regulatory compliance.
• Professional experience in pharmaceutical industry, including technological understanding of manufacturing pharmaceuticals and combination products, aseptic processes, validation and qualification, risk management, root cause analysis and investigation management is required to be successful in this position.
• Previous experience in executing and/or managing GxP audits or inspections a preferred

• Established contacts to US-FDA are beneficial

• Ability to manage multiple complex situations, where precedent may not have been established.  Ambiguity and uncertainty will often be associated within the framework of decision making facing this individual. 
• Ability to travel frequently (both domestically and internationally) is required.

• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in compliance within the financial services industry, specifically in MAS-regulated entities dealing with futures and leverage FX.

Roles and Responsibilities

As the Bank’s legal and compliance officer, you are expected to assist the Bank’s legal

counsel and support the Bank’s compliance department in the following:

1. To provide timely and reliable legal advice and support to the branch and, at times, to the Head Office
