• Performing full spectrum of AR, AP & GL function including journal entries, accruals and other adjustments to complete an accurate full set account.
• Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities : 

• Able to handle full set of account
• Monthly Management Account Report, Cash Flow Budget Report 
• Prepared Bank Reconcile monthly 
• Prepared Fixed Assets schedule monthly 
• Process petty cash claim by verifying supporting and ensure on time reimbursement
• Process all Invoice to the Accounting System to ensure timely and accurate posting
• Reconcile tax & duty report for daily and monthly billing report
• To ensure all the payment vouchers are being made and taken into the system
• To ensure accounting entries are in accordance to the company accounting policies
• Follow up on Invoice exceptions and ensure exceptions being investigate and closed on timely basis
• To ensure all processing and reconciliations AR, AP & Bank are completed at month-end
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior 

Job Requirements :

• Possess a Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualification. 
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounting 
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Spreadsheet 
• Team player with good communication skills 
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with attention to details
