Job Overview: 

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team in Seremban. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing various accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Full set account and track stocks.
• Month-end and year-end close process.
• Maintain and upkeep of document filing.
• Issue delivery orders and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a daily record of cheques and bank receipts.
• Process payments from key accounts receivables (AR).
• Collaborate with sales teams to follow up on outstanding AR balances.
• Regularly update and maintain AR aging reports.
• Assist in reconciling discrepancies and addressing billing inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
• Generate reports and documentation for audits and tax as needed.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior experience in accounting or a similar role is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant accounting principles and regulations is a plus.

Requirements

• Certificate in Marketing / Business Studies or any equivalent discipline.
• Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.
• Minimum three (3) years experience in Property Industry.
• Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Marketing & Selling of Commercial Properties or Residential.
