Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall sales activity throughout assigned market/ product range
• Good working relationship with existing customers and establish new contacts.
• Respond effectively and promptly to customer enquiries.
• Provide after sales technical and service supports to our customers.
• Ensure that quotations delivery schedules and forecasting inputs are followed up
• on in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma,
• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
• Professional Degree, Engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English
• Possess own transport
• Fresh graduates / Entry level applicant are encouraged to apply.

1) To perform in-process and out-going production inspection to ensure conformance to 
quality systems or product specifications including packaging quality. 
2) To monitor and conduct inspections on all production lines including operators. 
3) To carry out checks on returned goods and prepare an analysis report. 
4) To perform periodic lab tests on products. 
5) To work closely with the production department and warehouse on delivery and inventory.

• Assist in monitoring and updating existing ISO 9001:2015 programs, procedures, and document control programs 
•  Implement quality assurance programs that effectively monitor product 
  manufacturing in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 
•  Perform analytical tests, inspections, and monitoring of incoming rawmaterials/packaging and finished goods for specification compliance 
• Maintain proper ISO 9001:2015 documentations according to requirement

This role is based in Penang, and we apply Hybrid work mode. 

We are looking for a SAP Security and GRC consultant with 6 plus years of experience to join our team and help us deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP security and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) solutions across various SAP modules and platforms. You will also work closely with other SAP consultants, business analysts, and project managers to ensure that the security and GRC requirements are met and aligned with the business objectives and best practices.

Your New Roles:

• Design, configure, and test SAP security roles and authorizations for various SAP modules and platforms, such as S/4HANA, Fiori, BODS, GTS, PO, CHARM, etc.
• Implement and support SAP GRC solutions, such as Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management, and Audit Management, and ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.
• Perform SAP security and GRC audits, assessments, and remediation activities, and provide recommendations for improvement and mitigation.
• Provide SAP security and GRC support and troubleshooting for issues, incidents, and requests, and ensure timely resolution and documentation.
• Develop and maintain SAP security and GRC documentation, such as policies, procedures, guidelines, reports, and training materials.
• Collaborate with other SAP consultants, business analysts, and project managers to understand the business requirements and deliver the optimal security and GRC solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP security and GRC trends, technologies, and best practices, and share the knowledge and insights with the team and the clients.
