Majorly accountable for quality management, comprising quality planning, quality control, quality assurance, and quality improvement, including certification and accreditation documentation.

Quality planning is concerned with preparing operations to satisfy the demands of the customer, whereas quality control is concerned with monitoring activities using various control points and checks to guarantee that poor quality is not delivered to customers.
