Job Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts, include accounts payable, receivable, fixed assets and ledger functions 
Ensure timely closing of accounts during month end/year end
Monitor and verify cash management includes collections, payment issue and cash flow
Liaise with bankers, tax agents and auditors on regulatory matters
Handle sales tax  submission of payment to Customs
Preparation bank reconciliations, journal voucher and other related matters
Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the HOD

Requirement:
Degree in Accounting/Finance
Full sets of accounts with Min 5 years experience in Construction/ property Development industry
Good knowledge in Taxation, Budgeting
Eye for details and accuracy with able to work in minimum supervision
Mature and able to meet tight deadlines
Good command of spoken/written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

職責

· 協助處理全套帳目，並確保及時準備每月管理帳目和年終審計的財務報表。

· 協助處理審計、稅務和法定事務，包括與外部審計師、稅務代理人和秘書公司聯絡。

· 協助預算、現金預測、收入和支出差異分析等。

· 協助資金運作，例如現金管理、存款、提取和償還貸款以及銀行帳戶管理。

· 負責及時完成日常和每月的會計活動，如付款、發票、收貨憑證、日記帳憑證、對帳和其他會計憑證。

· 確保會計政策和標準作業程序的文件系統到位。

履行 HOD 指派的任何其他臨時職責

要求：

· 至少擁有會計、金融學位或澳洲註冊會計師、ACCA 或 CIMA 專業認證，並且是馬來西亞會計師協會 (MIA) 會員

· 至少2年相關領域工作經驗。

· 了解電算化會計軟體，精通ACC Track 21會計系統及ERP系統者優先

· 具有處理進度索賠和付款憑證的經驗

· 良好的溝通和人際交往能力，能夠與各級員工溝通

· 較強的分析能力及獨立工作能力。

• To increase the number of specifications of Sika products in tender documents produced by engineers, architects and other Specifiers through professional specifications and Value Selling of Sika products and systems.
• To expand Market Share
• To build a strong foundation and relation with specifiers.
• To systematically approach all consulting engineers, architects, quantity surveyors and statutory boards to successfully sell technical specifications of the Company’s product lines.
• Responsible in preparing the technical documentation and drawings (specifier guide, general specification, proposal and specification drawing) for submission and technical consultation purpose.
• Generation of specifications of Company’s products lines for inclusion in tender documents produced by Architects, Engineers, and other Specifiers
• To maintain and increase the Company’s profile, and to promote our competitive advantage to Architects, Engineers, and other Specifiers.
• Collect and pass on appropriate market information (upcoming projects, activities of the competition, project references, trends, etc)
• To develop business opportunities and nurture relationship with specifiers

• Assist to maintain consistent contact and provide Sales and Marketing for the stipulated Region.  
• Coordinate and support for tender preparation and submission. 
• Prepare report on Sales.

• Proactively feedback and participate with working team for any potential quality issue in early stage.
• Participate in Non-conformance issue part containment and disposition discussion, and execution during quality incident, act as Coordinator Material Review Board, provide briefing as required.
• Participate in related risk assessment activities e.g. Business Process Management (BPM), Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). 
• Utilize data analytics for product performance monitoring / analysis and leverage on relevant predictive modeling to drive continual improvements and proactive problem solving.
• Use 8D methodology for Quality Alert(s).
• Responsible to follow up and follow through committed actions/evaluation lots for improvements to Customer (Media).
• Assist in ensuring the functional business risk (in area of assign responsibility) are adequately identified and mitigated at best possible level.
• Responsible for self-health and safety at the workplace. Comply with relevant policies and regulations.
• Act as Coordinator for Change Review, provide briefing/training as required. Hold authority to reject Change Review package that does not meet requirements.
• Support Customer (Media or downstream customer) audits and internal audits for compliance.
• Support any other projects / task assigned by supervisor, leveraging 4IR-related skills and expertise to drive innovation, agility, and digital transformation across the organization.

• Aggressively source and book new loans for the bank;
• Solicit leads via referrals and cold calls for sales via marketing visits, telemarketing, launches, roadshows and any other sales activities to achieve sales targets;
• Complete action of all leads assigned via LMS and strive to deliver high conversion rate of these leads to sales;

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Sales & Service

• Provide superior customer service to walk-in customers and contribute to expected levels of CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) scores and Mystery Shopping Results;

• Carry clear targets for specific products – CASA and FD Book growth and account opening, cross selling of PL, Credit Cards, Portfolio Sales and ASBF Funding and any other product as deemed fit for Branch Ops;

Operations

• Carry out Branch RCSA through sample checking and effective rectification as applicable;

• Responsible for overall branch cash holding and end of day cash balancing (applicable for Chief Cashier);

• Comply with staff rotation guidelines through inter-branch/region transfer as part of operational risk mitigation;
