Responsibilities:

• Effectively manages the Human Resources Department, ensuring compliance with local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.
• Maintain and update files on employee record, legal documents, labour relations and other HR matters, confidentially and efficiently.
• Prepare and submit regular reports for Management’s use such as termination reports, new hires, turnover reports, absenteeism, sick leave, salary survey, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION;

• The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports the Executive Housekeeper. An AssistantExecutive Housekeeper is familiar with all duties of the housekeeping department, and is responsible for training of staff and planning their work schedules.
• He/she is responsible for the observation of quality standards and their accomplishments, particularly the controlling of the rooms´ cleanliness.
• The role also includes maintaining the high standards of cleanliness of public areas as well as back-of-house areas. Maintenance issues with furniture, fittings and equipment are immediately reported to the head of department.

KEY TASKS;

• To report to the Executive Housekeeper on the daily running of the Department during his/her shift.
• To supervise Room Supervisors in their daily jobs and ensure rooms is cleaned and released as per the resort standard established by the Executive Housekeeper.
• To coordinate with Engineering department on the repair and upkeep of the rooms.
• To carry out training for all Room Attendant on monthly basis.
• To ensure that the highest standard of cleanliness and maintenance in all areas under Housekeeping Department are met.

ESSENTIAL & REQUIREMENTS;

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM, diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/HotelManagement or equivalent.

Your roles and responsibilities:

• To support and take lead of RFID smart tag new projects with relevant NPI development and qualification activities such as project kick off, product qualification plan and execution, report preparation etc.
• To prepare Bill of Material (BOM) construction for new products and system routing creation.
• To work with the Product Line Management team for new product quality and reliability requirements.
• Establish and finalize operation procedures for new product and process with process engineering on product RFP (Release For Production).
• Communicate and work with external vendors for raw materials developments, as well as new jig and fixture required for new process and product if required. 
• To support the NPI team and other stakeholders on NPI related projects when required.
• Other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

Your Role: 

To assist Cost Accountants in planning, studying and collecting data to determine costs of business activity. 

Activities may include but not limited to: 

• Assisting in month-end closing activities related to product costing. 

• Assisting in year end activities including budgeting, set up inter-co pricing, activity rate and standard costing. 

• Assisting in simulating the estimated product costs with the productivity projects. 

• Support in analyzing actual manufacturing cost and preparing monthly reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
