Global Program and Project Implementation
Interface with Project Managers, ORA, Discipline, Maintenance, Reliability, Operations engineers, Spares coordinator and EPC to deliver Maintenance Management System from Project to Asset Operations in the Asset.
Support delivery teams in finalizing project or migration scope requirements in TOR (including requirement gathering, ballpark estimates, scoping in/out, etc.).
Coordinate multiple interfaces (IMIT, IT, CMMS users) to ensure aligned roll out of various CAP applications towards operate phase.
Operationalize standard toolkit and cookbook for systems and data migration strategy and approach.
Ensure proper management of data changes between EPC, IM &IT, CMMS Build team and C&P data team.
Technical Expertise in writing maintenance procedures and workflows.
Process, System and Tool Integration
Recommend best setup of Key Data Structure to accurately reflect asset organization setup and business processes in CMMS.
Accountable for Asset Register and responsible for completeness, accuracy and integrity of CMMS master data including MOC of data changes in project phase.
Key Experiences and Qualifications:
Preferably with University Degree in an Engineering or equivalent in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
Min 5 years experiencesin data-centric process mapping and process improvement in maintenance/production operations or logistics/supply chain management.
Strong familiarization with ORP (Opportunity Realization Process), MIDS (Manage Information & Data Standards), Asset Operation Readiness (AOR) core AMS processes (MAC and ME) Performance indicators and able to draw insights from data.
Experience in process, system and data design, mapping, streamlining towards achieving delivery excellence.
Being able to develop and implement effective controls to prevent data quality errors at source.
Experience of leading change in complex, multi assets/portfolio environments and a track record in indirect influencing across teams and Job Groups.
Experience in driving Continuous Improvement (CI) change from ideation to realization using process mapping and value stream mapping techniques.
Familiarity with industry standards such as CFIHOS and ISO14224.
Able to demonstrate strong analytical skills with experience of complex problem solving.
Experienced technical / process coach.
Technical Expertise in writing maintenance procedures and workflows
Detailed grasp of the context of use of technical data and documentation within technical data processes, Shell physical processing assets (hardware) and associated operating.

Order approved materials and process service contract procurement actions adhering to standard, defined processes, and ensuring accuracy of information.

Key Experiences and Qualifications:
We welcome fresh graduates preferably with university degree in Engineering or other related oil and gas degree. Experienced staffs with at least 1-2 years of experience in cost engineering, basic procurement and project coordination from oil and gas or related industries are also welcome to apply.

Job Purpose
Carry out surveillance for various upstream, downstream, and integrated gas facilities of Shell using exception-based tools.

Support Shell assets in improving reliability through monitoring of facilities and equipment and prevent unscheduled deferments.

Principal Accountabilities

Be accountable for defining and improving standard work for the Proactive Technical Monitoring Process.
Own site engagement & expertise and leadership on technical & tools forums. Represent the TAO Data team in the regular Monthly Business Meetings.
Be accountable overall that it is ensured that all relevant deliverables (also from peers) are delivered in time and with very high quality. Will deal as first point of contact with issues and questions related to proactive technical monitoring and smart platform.
Provide Peer to Peer training to onboard new staff to the team for Proactive Technical Monitoring Process.

1. Contracting & Sourcing: Able to drive complex contract management solutions and influence decision making for management of strategic assets by recommending the optimal contracting strategy, commercial models & effective contract management tactics based on the identified supply chain risks and opportunities.
Supply Chain Intelligence: Plan, optimize and execute end to end sourcing activities by conducting should-cost modelling, supplier industry analysis factoring in business needs and advise on category management strategy.
Responsible Supply Chain: Proficient at evaluating suppliers' performance in areas such as human rights, labour practices, environmental sustainability, health & safety, business ethics, to make conscientious and accountable procurement decisions.
2. Deal Making/Negotiations: Able to develop strategy and lead cross-functional negotiations based on the analysis of the stakeholder landscape and drive total cost reductions for the business. This includes defending category-specific risk and resolving conflicting negotiation positions while maintaining relationships.

Manage the execution of the complete Category Management & Contracting Process (CMCP) including Contract Strategy, Tactics and Contract Management activities for the assigned contract portfolio and collaborate with:

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The Program Manager (PM) will define, document, communicate and implement the structure and governance of project management in Teleport. Project management structure has to reflect appropriately different sizes and complexities; time: on-going / long / short time projects; and, between strategic or tactical, for efficiency and scale. This may range from a “Just-do-it”, Agile, to well structured PMI style projects for complex long term and for the program.
The PM will work to integrate related projects or workstreams, grouping them into strategic portfolios and communicating the vision for the programs. The PM guides and helps team members and project managers in executing each project, which may include several areas; He/She facilitates, involves stakeholders to remove roadblocks and make team members collaborate with each other for meeting the program’s strategic goals. The PM ensures all of that work aligns with the organization’s overall goals and it’s responsible for all program-level strategic planning. SKILLS
These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:
Comprehensive knowledge of formal project management (eg. PMI) with advanced and extensive experience which will be required to keep track and governance of the Program Strategic Portfolios. At the same time, able to coordinate short tactical projects in an Agile, less formal way but keeping track of tactical and technical details.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in complex projects, 10 + years of total experience;
