Il Sales Professional si occupa della cura e della gestione della clientela esistente, circa 200 farmacie, alle quali offre un alto livello di servizio, supporto e consulenza in ambito commerciale e propone le soluzioni innovative che vengono sviluppate e immesse sul mercato dall’azienda e dai partner. Il Sales Professional gestisce la vendita del mix prodotti (software, hardware e servizi) sulla base delle indicazioni e degli obiettivi forniti dall’azienda stessa. È inoltre previsto lo sviluppo di nuova clientela.

Requisiti richiesti:

• Il raggiungimento di target di vendita assegnati;
• La capacità di lavorare in squadra e in stretta sinergia con gli altri canali di vendita e con il team di supporto;
• l’attenersi alle policy aziendali e all’utilizzo degli strumenti a disposizione, affinché il processo di identificazione delle opportunità commerciali e la loro valutazione si svolga in modo trasparente;

We are opening a new site in Fareham! Our new Distribution Centre will be a 117,000 sq ft modern DC that will be moving up to 270,000 cases per week and will be servicing our group customers across both retail and catering such as Londis, Budgens, Premier and Shell

Your duties within the role will be:

As a Distribution Centre General Manager you will be responsible for the cost effective management of all Warehousing and Distribution operations and associated activities.You will be responsible for developing customer relationships to improve customer service and reduce costs, whilst ensuring that the distribution centre operates efficiently, safely and legally.

This role requires someone capable of working under pressure, displaying a good analytical approach to work to deliver business results and to achieve performance and service levels.

This role will have over 200+ indirect reports and 4 direct reports- including a Stock and Admin Manager, a Warehouse Operation Manager, a Transport Operations Manager and a H&S Advisor.

As the DC is a 24/7 operation, there will be the need to be flexible for occasional weekend and night work.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Manager with previous Warehouse and Transport background as the role will oversee all operational activities for a fast-moving Distribution Centre. Candidates will require strong leadership skills and have extensive people management experience as they will be leading a large team of c.220 people. Working within a team environment, the successful candidate will work to achieve operational KPIs to tight deadlines and drive improvements by engaging the team in promoting a positive culture.

Supporting your direct reports with their functions; Transport, Warehouse, Health and Safety and Facilities.

Ensuring that the depot stockholding facilities are created to maximise depot distribution capacity.

Development of people, to ensure the continued performance and growth of the business

Accountability for ensuring any new initiatives are implemented and achieved in accordance with company guidelines.

Preparing, managing and controlling DC capital and revenue budget. To ensure that the most cost effective methods of operations are used whilst achieving the level of service to stores as agreed with the client.

Ensuring that the RSC is adequately staffed to receive stock and manage the despatch to stores, meeting the high quality standards demanded by the business.

Ability to manage stocktakes and audits within the agreed deadlines

Monitoring all onsite contracts to ensure they provide high quality service in a cost effective manner and within budget.

Monitoring a full site security operation to ensure adequate protection of property, equipment and stock

Key Capabilities:

• Commitment and an ability to work under pressure
• Excellent people management skills and the ability to develop self and others
• Experience of applying a working knowledge of relevant legislation, e.g. Health & Safety, Employment Law, Discrimination etc.
