Actively manage and execute Digital Marketing strategies across various digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Job Descriptions
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Devise and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, enquiries, and customer acquisition.
- Digital Marketing: Manage online presence through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and website optimization. Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Content Creation: Create fun, engaging and compelling content for various platforms, including FB/IG Reels, TikTok short-form content, social media ads, and promotional materials.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns from conception to completion, monitoring performance and making data-driven adjustments for optimal results.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Video Production, Sales, and Design to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year experience working as a Digital Marketer;
- Ability to manage EN and BM and CN accounts, work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently;
- To have an eye for detail, be a proactive and self-motivated team player who is committed to grow with the company;
- Experience in media planning, budget planning, content marketing and creating marketing strategy;
- Google AdWords and Google Analytics certified or related certifications are an added bonus;
- Facebook Blueprint certification is an added advantage;
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business or any relevant field or possession of an online Digital Marketing certificate;
- Knowledge in digital marketing tools, i.e. Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics;
- Being able to demonstrate experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM projects and data driven digital marketing is a plus;
- Having interest in automotive, car accessory industry is another plus.
