Overview of the Role:

Impact:

1. Sales Responsibility

The Country Grant will address critical gaps in the surveillance of antibiotic-resistant bacteria in Vietnam. This grant will support the implementation of national plans for antimicrobial resistance (AMR) surveillance and will focus on a selected number of AMR surveillance sites. We will work closely with local entities that are already involved in AMR surveillance, AMR/AMU oversight and improvement activities, local and national Technical Working Groups and national and regional reference laboratories for human and animal health, participating AMR/AMU surveillance sites, and other government and national and international non-government stakeholders, and UN agencies as well as Mott MacDonald, The Fleming Fund Management Agent.

Job Summary / Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for activities related to providing technical assistance and support to the FF team and sub-partners. Specific responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

The Need

For 25 years, IJM has pioneered the work to protect vulnerable people from violence. 9 out of 9 times in the last decade, IJM’s Justice System Strengthening Projects have reduced slavery and violence between 50 and 85% for very large populations of people in poverty. As we grow to expand our impact to protect 500 million people from violence by 2030, we are seeking a Sr. Project Manager, Enterprise Governance to oversee high level project management support to the Policy, Compliance, and Risk functions.

This role is responsible for all phases of project and process management, ensuring adherence to IJM’s global project management standards.  In executing these critical projects and in collaboration with the internal communications team, they will be responsible for executive communication. They will also provide monitoring and quality assurance to ensure the project achieves its desired results, and they will facilitate project closing, including debriefing and knowledge management. KBR is providing Project Management Services encompassing Engineering, Procurement, phase execution supporting KBR’s client Sonangol’s multi-billion-dollar grass roots Lobito Refinery Project in Angola Africa.  KBR’s Project Management Team is responsible for the overall management of the Owner’s EPC Contractor’s contract.

KBR is seeking a Senior Project Controls Specialist to be the Project Management Company (PMC) representative.  This role will lead a team of one or more project controls specialists working independently on a project or leading a project controls process on a major EPC project.  This role will be responsible for all aspects of cost control including trending, analysis, forecasting, change control, cash flow, and reporting.  The Senior Project Controls Specialist will review project costs incurred by category, calculate future costs based on labor productivity, material price increases, subcontract, wage rates, and risk analysis. 

Under broad direction this role is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related disciplines or sub-groups within the Project Controls function and will manage the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to managers or professional staff.  May direct resources, prioritize tasks, and provide guidance to less experienced team members.  Participate in the development of project controls strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures in estimating, project risk control, cost control, and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the development and completion of job progress milestones through scheduling, that project controls systems and processes are implemented and continue to deliver accurate project status & that project cost data and reports are accurate
• Collaborate with procurement, material managers, & engineering workgroup leads pertaining to essential items of supply

Senior Aviation Mission Planning Analyst

Do you want to ensure your Navy and Marine Corps warfighter is successful and supported in the battlespace of tomorrow?  Then join KBR as a Senior Aviation Mission Planning Analyst to support the requirements and resourcing for the Navy and Marine Corps fleet.  You will be supporting the Chief of Naval Operations Staff (OPNAV), Strike Branch (N980S) to develop the annual budget for development, production, and sustainment of the Next Generation Mission Planning System (NGNMPS) for future Navy and Marine warfighting operations. 

Role and Responsibilities:

• This position interacts with the whole Naval Air Enterprise (NAE), from the Pentagon staff to Combatant Commanders to Wings and Squadrons. 

• Focuses on coordinating and integrating the requirements and capabilities of NGNMPS to minimize war fighting risk and maintain superior capability against the global threat.

Specific tasks in support of N980S requirements/resourcing officers include:

• Provide research, analysis, investigation, and evaluation of data in support of the annual Program Objectives Memorandum process.

• Liaison with OPNAV Strike portfolio stakeholders and participate in meetings and working groups.

• Support development of planning and programming for portfolio budgets in the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process

• Provide staff support for the OPNAV Strike portfolio; review and recommend program changes or alignment with existing and evolving aviation plans and objectives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 15-years’ experience that includes some combination of Naval Aviation operations, staff experience (e.g., wing, battle group, fleet, combatant command), NAVAIR acquisition, or requirements development on the OPNAV staff.

• Experience should include at least one of the following: Military mission planning/joint mission planning of military operations OR Developing tactical aviation Mission Planning systems

• Must have an active secret level security clearance at start; a Top Secret security clearance is preferred.

• Working experience, knowledge, and understanding of the PPBE process and PBIS

• Knowledge and understanding of the JCIDS process and requirements development.
