Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
• Preferred candidate with relevant working experiences for at least 5 years as senior role with supervisory skills.
• Essential knowledge in Malaysian Employment Laws.
• Ability to work under pressure by working along with all staff including Management Team.
• MUST able speak MANDARIN or local dialects and interact with all levels of people.
• Meticulous, accurate in work and able to maintain strict confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full spectrum of HR, Payroll and Admin functions.
  Review Company's policy, Standard operating procedure and Compensation & Benefit from time to time and propose for revisions/ improvement when necessary.
• Prepare/ review and ensure payrolls done by subordinates are accurate and on time payment (staff headcount approx. 200).
• Liaise with labour department and other relevant government bodies, ensure on time statutory submission and payment such as EPF, Socso/ EIS, PCB, HRDF etc.
• Prepare/ review monthly tax deduction(MTD), yearly EA Form and Form E.
• Prepare/ review all types of HR and payroll related documents and letters.
• Check and verify employees’ leave records via E-Leave system and attendance sheets.
• Handle employees' disciplinary issues in accordance with Employment Act.
• Ensure employees’ personal files and system database are properly maintained and updated.
• Ensure employees' appraisal program is properly carried.
• Liaise with insurance agency on Group Insurance, Sosco coverage and claims.
• Liaise with panel clinics on updating staff list, billing or any other related matters.
• Handle recruitment and conduct orientation for new hires.
• Handle staff development training program and HRDCorp. claims.
• Supervise general office administrative duties and responsibilities.
• Any other duties as assigned by Management.

• Inputs and maintains the human resource database and all employee records and files, including hardcopy files. Documents activities as requested.
• Completes reporting functions involving attendance & absence statistics, hire, termination, and transfer data, and other information assigned.
• Generates wide range of employee letters, including: visa letters, promotion, salary review, share grant and ad-hoc communication.

2. Job Scope

• Provide administrative assistance within the department.
• Prepare reports and documents for weekly and monthly
• Assist in handling disciplinary related issues
• Administer HRL stationery request and maintain proper records.
• Assist in organizing company-wide activities
• Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned from time to time.

• Managing conflicts and reviewing feedback/complaints pertaining to company benefits, policies and working conditions by working with cross functional management team in seeking for resolution
• Assisting HRL to draft and send HR communications to various channels eg. plant announcements, memos etc.
• Support in strengthening collaboration through employee engagement activities to increase employee motivation at work that aligns with Company retention program i.e. Robert Bosch Sports & Recreational Club (RBSRC)
• Planning and ensuring budget allocation for plant recreational activities is sufficient to support annual activities planned for the year
• Assisting in HR internal event related to people engagement and motivation i.e. World Wide Bosch Diversity Day, Service Award etc.
• Managing and administering employee services such as uniform management, transport management for operators, internal commuting transportations, religious harmony topics, hostel for foreign workers, On-The-Spot reward
• Administering medical claims and industrial related injury related cases (SOCSO, loss of life, accident, terminal illness, buy-off) with close collaboration with HSE team
• Ensure timely insurance and medical associate enrollment and renewal submission
• Assisting in insurance policy setting, claims management and bench marking exercise
• Onboarding and off-boarding activities which includes pre-boarding administration, onboarding administration and new hire briefing
• Assisting department to raise purchase requisition
