Happy Farm Fresh Mart was established on 23 August 2018.

On 24 January 2019, Happy Farm Fresh Mart began operating with its first outlet at Tabuan Tranquility 3 (TT3) and become the go-tp-place for varieties fresh produce and premium selection of product. In June 2020, Happy Farm Fresh mart opened its second outlet at Matang Baru to continue its mission in expanding to other areas serving bigger and broader population at Matang.


Happy Farm Fresh Mart opened its third outlet at Hui Sing Garden on 1 January 2022. Located at Wisma TEK, this outlet serve Hui Sing community and the surrounding neighbourhood with offering free parking, bigger, luxury shopping environment and affordable product price.
