The program:
· You will join our overall Graduate & Young Professional Program – similar to a SAP consultant – to learn about SAP consulting business. Thereby, you will understand more about business processes in different functions of organisations and get insights into SAP technology. You will complete the first phase with an SAP module certification gaining thorough understanding of the SAP product and related services.
· Afterwards, you will learn how to identify the client`s requirements and how the broad SAP products portfolio can support businesses. You will join cbs and SAP sales trainings to understand more about products and commercials.
· Right from the beginning and in parallel to the trainings, you will gain hands-on experience by supporting your cbs colleagues in their business development activities.
Job responsibilities
You will take over responsibilities in business development acquiring new customers by building your personal professional network:
· Drive the development and management of existing client base in the region.
· Generate and develop leads, opportunities, and proposals in collaboration with the regional management team.
· Further develop the relationship between SAP and cbs
· Nurture and extend our partner network throughout the region.
You provide solutions to the clients by:
· Understanding their pain points and mitigate the challenges.
· Enable the clients to get most out of other SAP software products.
· Accelerate the integration with cbs service portfolio.
In the mid-term, you will drive the “complete sales cycle” from lead generation to closure, but also involved during the project delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. Supported by the management team, you will develop deep relationships with the key decision makers of clients and uncover sales opportunities to enterprise clients.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. (Master’s degree is a plus)
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Able to develop executive level relationships.
· Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Prior experience in business development, marketing, or sales is desirable but not mandatory for a graduate-level position.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
