Primary Job Function:

The overall objective of the role is to ensure the accurate Demand Forecast monthly. 

The incumbent shall be responsible for leading ANI Division’s demand processes including but not limited to below:

(1) Demand Management,

(2) Business Excellence

(3) New Product & Promo forecasting

(4) any other related tasks assigned by General Manager. 

The incumbent should coordinate with the various departments includes Supply Chain Team, Sales, Marketing, Quality / Regulatory Affairs, Market Access and Finance, and with the Area Demand Manager. The incumbent is expected to provide business analyses, performance measurement and strategy alignment to continuously drive improvements in the affiliate Demand and Business Excellence processes.

Core Job Responsibilities:

Establish databases and procedures for data assimilation and reporting. Develop contingency plans in advance to facilitate immediate action in response to demand changes that negatively impact inventory on hand for assigned area. Develop transition strategy and forecasts during product transitions including product launches, end of life, conversions and transfers. Lead communications to business unit cross functional management issues related to product sales forecasts and product availability for assigned area. Monitor monthly performance of sales and forecasts to identify and communicate trends that indicate gaps. May lead, direct, evaluate, and develop demand planning staff to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met. In collaboration with Area's drive improvement in forecast accuracy and demand process. Lead ANI Demand Review Process, perform sales analysis and understanding key trends. Lead policy and procedure elaboration regarding S&OP, Demand Management and Business Excellence. New Product Introduction:

• Ensure NPI forecast available 6 months before launch.
• Communicate the status of projects via S&OP.

Drives Business Excellence:

• Promote and drive continuous improvement processes within the organization.
• Develop innovative solutions to work with one set of numbers.
• Improve forecast accuracy.

Forecasting/ Demand planning

• Analyse demand basis the historical IMS & TMS data and develop consensus-based demand forecast at an SKU level on a monthly basis. Forecast to be developed considering trending/statistical techniques, inputs from sales and marketing teams and alignment with long term financial plans
• Identify gaps between forecasts and actual sales. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure inconsistencies in the forecast are corrected in future to prevent any negative impact on customer replenishment or inventory
• Reflect forecast in APO system and communicate to Area Demand as well as internal stakeholders.
• Drive the affiliate monthly S&OP meeting. Support finance in RLBE build-up.

Role Summary:
 

The Assembler will be responsible for the preparation of assembly work and documentation. This position will also assemble a variety of equipment and tools, perform test requirements and sand blasting if require.

Additionally, the Assembler will be responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, inspecting and reassembly during any repair process, and occasionally will support attend site service when required.

This person will have access to the most modern materials and tools at our facility to accomplish these expectations to ensure the delivery of a high-quality product to our customers.

MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

• To assure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in an assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• To promote Abbott range of EPD products to Pharmacies in an assigned territory.
• Possess and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business.
• To make effective use of product trials, literature and other promotional materials to gain recommendation and endorsement from current and potential healthcare professionals.
• Is in charge of sales expansion, introduce new products/services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients.
• Responsible for achieving individual/monthly sales target and execute key promotional plans with healthcare professionals.
• Proactively manage and build customer relationships.
• Plan, schedule, organize and control daily tasks, functions and duties to achieve maximum sales results. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

• Preferably Degree in Life Sciences or related health sciences
• Minimum 2 year pharmaceutical sales experience. 
• Sales driven, results-oriented with high degree of self-motivation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Possess own vehicle and willing to travel outstation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in object-oriented programming (C#, Java, Ruby, Python).
• Proficient with JavaScript and Node.js; additional front-end technologies are advantageous.
• Deep knowledge of relational and non-relational databases; advanced SQL skills are essential. MongoDB expertise is highly valued.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively, mentor others, and adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
