職位描述

關於這個角色：
作為花藝師/花藝設計師，主要職責是為酒店大廳、客房、餐廳、水療中心和其他公共區域創造創新的花藝裝飾並主導花藝安裝。與客房部以及前廳、餐飲服務等其他部門保持良好的協調，以滿足他們的花卉需求。

此外，也了解各種花卉設計、花卉、樹葉及其季節性供應和保鮮時間。所有設計和職責應按照客房部標準作業政策和程序執行。

義務與責任：

• 能夠根據酒店的日常需求創造出具有視覺吸引力的插花。
• 能夠提供專業的設計和花藝專業知識，為飯店的所有活動（例如：婚禮、訂婚、產品發表會等）策劃、設計和製作花藝佈置。
• 能夠根據客房部和其他部門的要求或備忘錄為客人準備花束、大廳中心裝飾品和其他插花。
• 協助在車輛上裝卸鮮花和道具
  必需的。
• 確保所有設計符合酒店標準並達到或超過客人的要求
  期望。
• 確保所有插花都在分配的預算範圍內，並滿足飯店要求和客人訂單的最後期限。
• 確保與客人、預訂者、組織者和其他部門正確溝通專案狀態、時間表和交付資訊。
• 所有鮮花訂單都會在登記冊或表格上更新，並由客人或其他部門進行適當的簽字。
• 為所有客人訂單、活動和費用進行計費/憑證，並將其發佈到相應的客人或宴會帳單上。
• 負責準備花藝容器、所需道具、花藝泡沫和花藝車，用於儲存、冷藏和運送。
• 負責創造新的花藝配方或花藝設計。
• 負責訂購鮮花、花卉產品並監控其到達情況
  供應商。
• 負責與花卉及花卉產品供應商的協調。
• 負責監控標準庫存並提出所需的申請。
• 負責所有物資的分類、整理、清潔和補貨。
• 負責澆水並維護所有內部植物和花卉裝飾。
• 確保與內部部門、客戶和供應商保持良好關係以解決問題。
• 監控所有花瓶庫存並清點是否有破損或遺失。
• 根據需要加快花瓶、花卉泡沫的重新訂購和新庫存。
• 保留各種插花的照片作為客人的樣本或目錄。
• 分配專案並領導現場花卉生產人員，最大限度地發揮員工才能和可用資源。
• 了解最新的設計趨勢、花卉技術、道具和其他產品。
• 經理或主管指派的區域內的任何其他職責和任務。

先決條件：

• 對新鮮花卉產品和設計技術有深入的了解。
• 優秀的客戶服務技能。
• 靈活、準時、團隊合作和清潔。
• 準備好輪班工作，包括週末和假日。

教育：
花藝設計或相關領域的高中文憑或兩年學位。基本電腦
知識。

經驗：
至少 2 至 4 年花藝設計經驗，最好是在酒店業。

Job Responsibilities:

This role is critical to support Security & Safety Manager in ensuring the safety of guest, associate, visitors/vendors/suppliers and property, work proactively to prevent theft and vandalism, responds to the needs of associate, offers assistance to those in need, provides excellent customer services, and takes direction from department supervisory/management associate. Work with potentially unpredictable individuals requiring that teamwork and effective communication with other security officers and associate are critical.

• Day to day security operations, implement and improve on security procedures and responsible for access control systems and vehicle control system.
• Work on crisis awareness, loss prevention, and training of the team.
• Conduct preliminary investigation and have good working relationship with the police and other relevant government authorities on security matters.
• Develop and manage security contractors.
• To enforce disciplinary and work ethics of associate and security personnel.
• Development, establishment and implementation of Environment, Safety and Health program to meet OSHA, FMA, EQA and related statutory requirement.
• Liaise with DOSH, BOMBA, DOE and or any other relevant government authorities.
• Plan and activate measures to secure the safety & health of associates.
• To inspect the workplace within the resort premises.
• To keep statistics on accident and dangerous occurrence at the place of work.
• Responsible for monitoring and control of waste, air emission and effluent complying with Environmental Quality Act (EQA).
• Investigate accidents/incidents and make recommendation to management for making working condition as safe as possible.
• Support in coordination of safety equipment /Personal Protective Equipment Training (PPE).
• Maintain report of accidents for management action.
• Assumes any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Must have minimum 4 years of working experiences in the safety and security. Past experiences in resort environment will be an added advantage.      
• Strong analysis, investigation and documentation skills.
• Ability to support and lead a team of people towards a specific objective.
• Able to support the Security & Safety Manager in specific service projects and managing them until completion.
• Able to perform root cause analysis and investigation.
• Able to perform risk and hazard analysis.
• OSHA knowledge and computer literate.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Must be willing to work in the Langkawi island.
