Job Description:

• Oversee the quality control activities including inspection/testing records on incoming goods (IQC), process inspection (PQC), final inspection (FQC), and product performance test.
• Raise defective product complaint reports to suppliers, especially on receiving product defects, in- process inspection, and product improvement.
• Conduct inspection on nonconformance products “Discrepant Material Report” (DMR) and register into the Epicor system on manufacturing products.
• Investigate defective products in production and customer complaints (RMA) and follow up with corrective actions taken to ensure effectiveness.
• Identify the cause of product failure and recommend a “Corrective Action Request” (CAR).
• Monitor and verify data collection on the “Overall Equipment Effectiveness” system (OEE) in Manufacturing/Production.
• Monitoring validation/calibration equipment (internal and external calibration provider).
• Assist internal and external audits such as SIRIM, ISO Management System, etc.
• Ensure all controlled documents and quality records are maintained according to procedures.
• Perform report, product inspection/testing samples from the vendor/research & development purpose
   

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experience in safety preferably from the manufacturing industry
• Sound knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Regulations (OSH)
• Proactive and resourceful
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Melakukan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi proses kendali mutu (quality control) dan penjaminan mutu (quality assurance) untuk memastikan terpenuhinya parameter kualitas dan keamanan pangan mulai dari bahan baku, proses produksi dan hasil produksi sampai diterima oleh pelanggan.

Deskripsi Umum, Tugas & Tanggung jawab :

1. Mampu memimpin departemen dan melakukan perbaikan di departemennya
2. Memantau dan melakukan evaluasi atas segala hal yang telah ditetapkan yang terkait dengan kesepakatan persyaratan kualitas perusahaan
3. Memantau konsistensi implementasi sistem manajemen ISO secara periodik di semua departemen
4. Memantau dan memastikan pelaksanaan proses perbaikan berkelanjutan di semua departemen melalui mekanisme yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan
5. Bertindak sebagai Auditor pada pelaksanaan program audit internal yang telah ditetapkan dalam kebijakan sistem manajemen di lingkup perusahaan
6. Bertindak sebagai Auditor yang mewakili perusahaan dalam pelaksanaan program audit supplier atau pihak eksternal lain yang terkait dengan implementasi sistem manajemen

1. Carry out the analysis of incoming samples properly and correctly by applicable procedures and provisions and report all inspection/analysis results.

2. Analyze the sample related to the selection of new suppliers

3. Provide status of analysis results and report to supervisor.

4. Inspecting the cleanliness and suitability of loading raw materials and products by Work Instructions and reporting to supervisor.

5. Maintain all documents related to the results of the analysis and examination.

6. Coordinate with PPIC and production in quality aspects.

7. Responsible for maintaining all work equipment and cleanliness at the Quality Department location.

8. Implement company regulations and K3 regulations that apply at PT. LDC Indonesia.

9. Maintain and strive for work discipline to be carried out with full awareness.

• Experienced the same field minimum 5 years in manufacture Garment industry
• Strong leadership & good communication

• Technical knowledge of the products is a must
• Strong process understanding from IMQC to finish-good wear house
• Ready to work long hours if necessarily (No clock watchers)

1. Advise business on applicable rules and regulations;
2. Support risk assessment initiatives;
3. Examine the legal issues related to new products and services;
4. Supporting regulatory licenses matters, set up compliance framework & guidelines, including anti-bribery & corruption, data privacy, trade as well as informatics and communication law;
5. Provide advice and assistance through pre-litigation phases and settlement processes as well as attending court sessions and represent the company in other compliance activities.
6. Managing regulatory engagement with relevant authorities and ensuring compliance with mandatory reporting requirements to regulators including but not limited to ISO 27001 and ESO;
7. Responsible to implement AML/CFT regulation and AML/CFT report;
8. Ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and commercially practical legal advice and recommendations on licensing, regulatory for business;
9. Having experience in dealing with fraud cases will be advantageous
