Job Description:

• Receiving and Checking Goods: Manage incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and condition of goods.
• Counting and Inventory Control: Maintain accurate counts of stock and monitor inventory levels.
• Order Picking and Packing: Pick items from inventory to fulfill orders and prepare them for shipment.

Job Descriptions

1 )Administrative Tasks

• Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing estimation-related documents.

2) Reporting 

• Report to Estimator Team Leader.
• Prepare and maintain accurate tender project report & daily task.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and other related documents as required.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all tender project document is properly recorded, filed, and easily accessible.

Job Description:

• Oversee the quality control activities including inspection/testing records on incoming goods (IQC), process inspection (PQC), final inspection (FQC), and product performance test.
• Raise defective product complaint reports to suppliers, especially on receiving product defects, in- process inspection, and product improvement.
• Conduct inspection on nonconformance products “Discrepant Material Report” (DMR) and register into the Epicor system on manufacturing products.
• Investigate defective products in production and customer complaints (RMA) and follow up with corrective actions taken to ensure effectiveness.

- To handle full sets of accounts.
