• Participate during the initial Information Gathering, Analysis & Project Initiation. 
• Get business & function requirements from user/ stakeholders for product, new 
  systems and for enhancements to existing systems

As a Senior Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining software programs in accordance to requirements and specifications, established or defined quality and performance standards, and within delivery timelines. You may be expected to lead a small team of Developers to work on development projects.
