Our EMEA region is hiring a 1st line Support Technician to meet the demand of growth within the organisation.  They will provide support to our Global workforce encompassing 40 Countries with 160 offices and over 7,500 staff members covering the entire spectrum of consulting services offered by ERM.  This role is based in ERM’s KL office.

The culture at ERM is hardworking and very team-oriented.  Most of the projects undertaken by ERM consultants are deadline driven so the Service Desk queries need to be resolved within a tight timescale and therefore, the position requires someone who is good at prioritizing, multitasking, and passionate about providing service and support. Our aim is to respond and resolve queries with a high degree of customer service as quickly as possible.

The role coordinates fulfilment of requests to maintain high levels of satisfaction with IT services. Technicians are responsible for all activities to respond to Complexity 1 requests and incidents.
Providing a single point of contact and end-to-end responsibility to ensure submitted requests have been processed via ticketing system and via Phone calls.

Providing initial triage, resolve or determine which IT resources should be engaged to fulfil them. Escalating service requests in line with established service level targets ensuring tickets are appropriately logged.

This position will utilize IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices such as ITIL to ensure new and existing services offered by IT are thoroughly understood, and operating successfully towards OLA and SLA targets 

Main Duties:

• Provide support on all Complexity 1 requests via Ticketing System and Telephone
• Manage and maintain Request lifecycle through to resolution
• Provide outstanding customer service both written and verbal
• Provide support for both Incident and Service Requests
• Create and manage user accounts

Turnover Generation

• As a Leadership team member, it is expected that the Branch Operations Manager participate actively in the formulation of the Operation strategy

Customer Management

• Assist in the preparation of the branch income & expenditure budgets
• To support in driving the customer retention process amongst the branch people to ensure Customer Care is a shared and valued principle across the business

Administration

• Supports in ensuring the administration staff are fully supporting both the Customer Contact Strategies agreed for the branch, along with full support for the Customer and Service Teams in the execution of outstanding customer service

People Management

• To select and recruit the agreed numbers of Service staff to fulfill the current and planned future contractual obligations of the Branch
• To maintain a high level of oral amongst the staffs under the reporting lines
• Ensure that staffs have a full understanding of the Company's objectives and policies
• To consult periodic progress reviews of all staff and to make recommendations to the Branch Manager for promotion

Job Overview

• Receiving and documenting incoming telephone calls, faxes or emails from investigative sites or other sources reporting Lifecycle Safety Data.

Responsibilities:

• Quality control.
• Medical Information Case processor responsibilities include receiving and documenting incoming calls, chats, faxes and emails from external customers such as  patients and/or healthcare providers) and responding to their inquiries about products. Summarizing these reports based on information identified as vital to the project.

Qualifications

Business Development Manager for F&B based in Johor Bharu

The key responsibilities for the role entail

• Identify customer needs and convert them to opportunities for each customer group
• Develop programs with a systematic approach that will include appropriate product selections, cost in use calculations, investment needs and benefits delivered to the customer

Industry background of the incumbent

It is important that the incumbent comes from a water treatment background preferably from a chemical treatment portfolio working with industrial customers and with experience in utility treatment and waste water management.

Exposure to the food & beverage manufacturing industry can be desirable but not mandatory

Education & skill background

• Should have a technical background
• Undergraduate degree or post graduate degree in engineering; chemistry; science
• This position needs to have a good understanding of technical issues and a technical problem solving attitude
• Good command over English language is mandatory

The incumbent shall be focused on providing technical support to grow the water treatment business within F&B customers in a designated country/cluster within APAC. He/she shall be required to identify the key gaps and improvement opportunities for customers to develop Diversey’s water treatment portfolio with a systematic approach that will include appropriate product selections, cost in use calculations and benefits delivered to the customer. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for defining standards / protocols for trials, customer audits for relevant applications, lead key trials and gain approvals. As a water treatment expert, the incumbent is also expected to train and/or double work with the sales team on water & wastewater treatment programs.

System Audit:

Inspect plant to review the current cleaning performance.

Examine the hardware system and observe the current cleaning methodologies.

Use different process tools to evaluate the cleaning cost and utility consumptions like water, steam, and effluent.

System Improvement Recommendation:

Generate report for:
* suggested design changes to improve cleaning performances

* suggest chemical / cleaning methodology changes

* evaluate and indicate probable utility savings

* calculate and compare the current against proposed cleaning costs

Conduct trial:

Carry out trials to deliver agreed results

Demonstrate and document the improvement  in cleaning performances and efficiency

Generate SOP for regular operation

Identify new Business opportunity:

Identify cleaning needs for customer and generate opportunity

Map the clients process and probable opportunity

Performance evaluation:

Conduct indepent periodic visits to evaluate the cleaning performance for plant where Diversey regime is on,

Generate report carrying the deviations and the recommendations.
