Responsibility :-

1. To be responsible to assist Segment Manager (IWK) for all IWK paperwork and to prepare costing estimation and quotation for new jobs or existing repairing/service jobs for submission to relevant IWK offices unit. 

2. To issue purchase requisition for purchase of spare parts and new sales order. 

3. To coordinate with Service Department on the planning and arrangement on all IWK jobs.

4. To prepare and arrange bid for IWK e-procurement tender.

5. To work closely with all departments in resolving any issues with regards to IWK e.g. to ensure all payments have been made to WECSB in timely manners, etc.

6. To be responsible for the proper filing of all documentations and reports for IWK jobs.

7. To assist in site visiting/attendance for tender participation as and when necessary.

8. Such other related duties as The Management may direct.

9. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

10. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements

11. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in IWK segment; researching and analyzing sales options.

12. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

13. To monitor/update/submit weekly and monthly report i.e. SLA report, LOS report, etc. 

14. To monitor/manage the entire incoming and outgoing processes of IWK transactions.

Job Requirement :-

Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to perform under pressure and independently in a fast paced and ever-changing environment and able to work independently.
Computer skills knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
Must possess valid driving license and own transport

Job Responsibilities :-

This position will be responsible for achieving Company’s sales goals within the assigned market sector by developing new opportunities and establishing a stronger product presence in the HVAC market sector for the company.

Job Description :-

1. Achieve annual sales forecasts to facilitate achievement of sales goals and objectives

2. Proactively contacting current and potential customers to generate sales and inquiries

3. Working closely with M&E consultant during project preliminary tender stage.  

4. Develop and establishing new customers and re-activate inactive customers in assigned territory

5. Obtain market feedbacks on competitors accounts and movement, pricing and to recommend attack/counter attack strategies such as pricing to gain market 
shares.

6. Prepare technical presentation and promote company product and services to M&E Contractors and Consultants  

7. Communicate and build effective relationships internally and externally

8. Stay knowledgeable in standard products development and departmental workflow

9. Building good relationship with M&E Contractors and Consultants to drive business growth.

10. Submit Weekly Sales Activities Report and Monthly Sales Report.

Job Requirement :-

• At least 2-3 years working experience in HVAC related field is much preferred. 
• Proficient in spoken and written English is essential, as well as other local dialects would be an advantage
• Able to perform under pressure and independently in a fast paced and ever-changing environment and able to work independently.
• Computer skills knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
• Must possess valid driving license and own transport.
