General Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources

Experience and Education Requirement

Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures BPO operating.
• Download U account aging, analysis the outstanding, sending the report to HOD’s/BU, follow-up with the A&P overdue status by weekly.
• Assist BU/GL/Claims team for reverse entry matched wrongly by BU in Exceedra, monitor and update the tracking list till resolved.
• Track the AR main account parking (R13) amount have been deducted on payment, check with BPO/Customer for the documents or details status to clear the park amount.
• Follow-up on dispute A&P cases, Credit Note and Refund status from BU/Customer.
• Coordinate activities related to overdue aging in main account and U aging, propose charge to PnL.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline existing A&P processes and improve efficiencies through a better utilization of automated systems.
• Work closely with internal BU/AR in monitoring Clearing A&P issues, update A&P matrix if any movement in BU.
• Monitor daily Exceedra Success & Error Reports, raise ticket to CSSC-Exceedra if received Error report to resolve the issue with BU and CSSC.
• Issues CN for any A&P approved invoices from the BU or Customer portal.
• Other adhoc jobs assigned.

Job Summary

• Lead in Quality Operations (QO) on Controlled Drug process.
• To manage all the required QA inspections, controls and verifications for Controlled Drug to ensure compliance of warehousing processes from inbound to outbound to SOP/ WI, clients’ and /or regulatory requirements.

• To perform self-inspection / pre-audit and follow up with process owner to close all observations.

1. Perform QA verification according to respective SOP/WIs for Controlled Drugs processes:

• Inbound – Redressing, Receiving
• Storage / bin integrity – product segregation, status labeling, product traceability.
• Outbound - delivery, Reject Upon Delivery (RUD), trade return, disposal.
• Quality Defect / Quarantine - verify quarantined product due to quality issues.
• To liaise with client on the QA verification outcome and advise Logistics team on the product’s disposition accordingly.

• Redressing, Repackaging or Relabeling (Controlled Drugs)

1. Approve or reject of starting materials, packaging materials and intermediates, bulk and finished products.
2. Evaluate batch records.
3. Approve specification, sampling instructions, test methods and other quality procedures.

• Change Control Management

1. To maintain an updated Change Control Masterlist.
2. To assure timely management of Change Control and completion of related reporting requirements

• Assistance in other QA-Related tasks

1. Act as back up for QA team member.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge in ISO 9001/13485 standards.

Inventory Management

• Coordinate closely with logistics (DC) for incoming shipment tracking.
• Ensure inventory levels is within the contractual inventory holding target.
• Prompt review & action on the obsolesces to minimize the non-working inventory.
• Work closely with DC to monitor the excess storage charges and informed the affected Clients.

Client Management

• Responsible to consolidate and understand the KPI matrix, and reason for failure to meet the KPI, if any.
• Conduct monthly operations review, or quarterly business review with key clients (including Operation stats, open issues, progress, etc.).
• Liaises with Clients on their requirements & assist to resolve daily problems encountered.
• Maintain high frequency of engagement with Clients to build effective and strong working relationships.

Job summary:

Manage monthly inventory planning, purchase order approvals, reporting and reviews to ensure stockholding, ageing stocks and damaged stocks level are kept within target set. Supply planners are welcome to apply.

General responsibilities:

• Work out monthly and ad-hoc purchase plans to ensure stocks are kept at optimal level
• Monitor and track stock movements into and between the warehouses to maintain optimal stockholding
• Supervise the inventory system updates to ensure the accuracy of inventory records between material requirements planning (MRP) and actual levels
