Human Resource:

• Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Performance Review, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Orientation Program.
• Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure company’s compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements.
• To responsible for monthly payroll processing and administration.
• To maintain update & maintain employee personal files, HR records, Company polies and directives.
• To Perform monthly statutory submission to government authorities (LHDN,KWSP,SOSCO) and ensure all statutory requirement are adhered to at all times.
• To handle full procedure for foreign workers application, permit renewal, check out memo, fomema, etc.
• Preparing for monthly and annual company manpower, payroll and related HR reports to Accounting Department.
• Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions.
• Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.

Administration:

• Administrative duties such as filling, sorting of taxes and mails.
• Answer & attend to all calls and redirect to relevant staff members, taking messages and assembling  mailing.
• Purchase and maintain inventory of office supplies, office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, etc.
• Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
• Assist in special events, such as fundraising activities, company activities etc.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior/management.

Responsibilities

• Timely follow-up on the operation status, output and delivery as required.

• Plan and prepare production schedule to ensure smooth flow.
• With CNC machining hands-on experience is an advantage.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• A team player with self-motivated, result orientated and possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
