The incumbent will be the key personnel to take charge in resolving problems that arise from daily operations. Reporting to the Head of Operation, key deliverables include:

1. Booking and Control of:

• Warehouse Transfer
• Material Internal Booking

2. Customer Service Management

• Order Management (Order Processing)
• Project Management (Coordination of Local Deliveries)
• Support and Follow up Sourcing and Procurement of Project requiredd material including PR on shortages.
• Central Point of Excellence for Customer Service, Procurement and Logistics Support for Planning.

3. Import/Export

• Sourcing and Exchange of Material with Holding & Affilated Companies
• Contact to SCM/Subsidiaries/Shipping Agency
• Crosscheck Physical Material/ Delivery Ticket/Order/ Invoice
• Claim Management
• Filing of Docuements

4. Local Purchase

• Link to Technical Office
• Supplier Evaluation and Implementation of Processes together with IQM Department WHN
• Coordination, Booking and Control of Purchasing Process of Local Sourced Material
• Material Quality Management
• Management of Material Master Data
• Actively Coordinating with Sales, Finance and Engineering as Central Support.
• Liaise with Warehouse about Incoming and Outgoing Material

Your profile includes:

• Min GCE O-level and above will be preferred but is not a barrier for the right candidate.
• Preferably 2 years of logistics or order management experience in a similar business environment.
• Suitable fresh graduate from Logistics or Engineering faculty are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Fluent in English both oral and written. Mandarin speaking will be an advantage.
• Able to work with minimal supervision, both alone and in teams.
• Possess strong numeric sense, structured thinking and organizational skill.
• Good time management. Ability to manage time pressure and meet deadlines.
• A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external parties.

As a Grill Chef you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled items, such as burgers, grill chicken, and wrap, while maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that orders are prepared efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Cook a variety of menu items to order while adhering to recipes and quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen area, including grills and equipment.
Prepare grilling ingredients, including marinating and seasoning.
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage inventory and restock supplies.
Assist in developing and updating menu items.
Work efficiently during busy periods to meet customer demand.
Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Grill Chef or similar role.
Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and best practices.
Understanding of food safety and sanitation principles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Prepare burger patties by forming ground beef or seasoning them as needed.
• Ensure portion control while you assemble the components for the burger, including the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, and sauces.
• Cook hamburger patties to the desired doneness by using grills, stovetops, or other cooking appliances.
• Ensure burger buns are soft and fresh.
• Ensure burgers are prepared consistently according to industry safety regulations.
• Maintain the burger’s size, appearance and quality constant.
• Sanitize, organize and clean the kitchen area to ensure food safety.
