Manage the professional product portfolio:
- Drive awareness for the Nespresso Professional (NN Pro) propositions among decision makers and end-users including local above-the-line campaigns for office with brand communications team
- Derive strategies to grow awareness and consideration amongst the key B2B (Business-to-Business) segments of Office and HORECA, in close cooperation with B2B commercial team
- Execute the product strategy and execute commercial value propositions (incl. new products/services)
- Scale up impact of the local digital presence, including the NN Pro website, through content adaptation, creation and activation in close cooperation with the local brand communication and ecommerce teams
- Review the channel's portfolio performance continuously to understand and suggest possible optimizations, e.g. promotion, pricing, portfolio rationalization, with support from data & insights
- Conduct annual deep dives on market, trends and competitive development for coffee, machines, accessories and services to fuel the local product strategy and marketing plan, in collaboration with Data & Insights
- Benchmark local performance with international best practices and local competitive environment
- Manage and develop 1 direct report, a B2B Marketing Assistant, who supports in administrative and operational matters
Implement global product launches and initiatives to meet local market business and marketing objectives:
- Conceptualise and execute all launches in the area of coffee, machines, accessories and services for the channel
- Execute the activation (e.g. acquisition, promotion) strategy for the channel
- Execute market specific local initiatives
- Support continuous improvement through conducting pre-and post-evaluations of product launches & themes
Lead Generation:
- Execution of lead generation activities, esp for office, including direct mail campaigns, CRM and events
- Collect and process leads and match these with Nespresso customer knowledge to determine 'readiness' of each lead and determine relevant follow-up actions, in collaboration with media team, CRM and agency
- Pro-actively explore new lead generation strategies and tactics
- Efficiency analysis of the different lead generation marketing activities
- Review of and constant optimization of the sales tools, e.g. presentation, materials, speech
What will make you successful
- University degree in marketing, commercial or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years experience in Product and/or Brand management role
- Worked for an organisation with leading brands and a strong commercial mindset
- Experience in project management (of complex projects)
- Experience in the B2B or HORECA segment is a bonus
