We are looking for a highly experienced Senior System Engineer with a strong background in Citrix, Active Directory, and Group Policy Management to join our team. As a Senior System Engineer, you will be responsible for providing third level technical expertise and operational support for infrastructure services related requests and issues, predominantly related to Citrix, Active Directory, and Group Policy Management.

Your responsibilities will consist as following:

• Act as the final escalation point for technical knowledge and expertise related enquiries and issues.
• Ensure escalations are resolved in a timely manner according to the SLA.
• Lead workshops to identify trends and problems within customer environments.
• Develop new solutions, permanent corrective fixes, and document solutions and knowledge in TDL knowledge management system. Additionally, mentor junior engineers to help them develop their skills.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify bar-raising talent. You will attract, and proactively approach candidates via social media and employee referrals, and play an important part in the creation of our talent events and potential talent pools

You will:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Execute the end-to-end hiring process for direct hires, contractors and interns (advertising vacancies, liaising with external recruiters, resume screening, screening calls, interviews, reference and background checks, offers etc.)

As an Intern, you will be part of a global leading IT Managed Services team , providing 24 by 7 support for all technology requests that customers present. • Ideally, you will need to have a degree or formal IT qualification and/or experience in a similar role, with proven experience in IT customer service support.

• Firsthand experience various training methods includes familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques in a global corporate setting. For example, designing and producing interactive videos, virtual online sessions, webinars, and digital training videos that are engaging and accessible, anytime and anywhere.
• Knowledge of learning management systems, e-learning platforms, quality transaction monitoring and web delivery training tools or has strong interest to upskill on these technologies.
• Virtual and Automation First Mindset and Culture that will be driven to automate, simplify or improve Training, ITSM processes, Quality Reporting and perform trend analysis.
• Adequate technical knowledge in any of the managed service provider technologies (e.g.: Microsoft End-User Computing, Datacenter and Cloud, Cisco Network and Security, VMWare)
• Display and apply a customer first attitude in each interaction and strong ability to correlate knowledge and process deficiencies within operations to business risks
• Illustrate an understanding of wider business goals and objectives and ability to escalate leading indicators of service health to senior management.
• Advanced organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments without compromising quality of the outcome.
• Pride yourself on being a self-starter who works well under pressure with a high attention to detail.
