The CISO Cybersecurity Operations Platform (CSOP) team is looking to add an engineer to the Analytics and Data Exploitation team. The Platform provides the technology, services and expertise required by IBM’s Cyber Threat Detection and Response teams. Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
• More than 5 years of ServiceNow Development Experience and over 3 years of Solution Architect Role
• Success driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
• Large program experience leading end-to-end architecture and design
• Cloud application technology experience
• Experience helping customers deploy and see the value of the products they have purchased.
• Configuration experience in ServiceNow IT Workflows, Employee Workflows, Customer Workflows and Creator Workflows in projects over multiple towers
• ServiceNow CSA, CIS – ITSM and 1 certification each from ITOM and IRM

As an Architect in IBM Consulting, you'll serve as a leader in defining solutions for clients. You'll be the advocate for the client while guiding the technical team to implementation.

You'll collaborate with client stakeholders and internal partners to understand the business problem and requirements, constraints of the system and concerns of the various stakeholders to systematically transform detailed solutions (architectures) for the client.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Work with customers to help build applications at scale in the Azure Cloud that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with the migration team in the analysis, design and implementation of technology solutions.
