• Join external events and speak about sustainability on behalf of DHL Group as applicable

Job Description

• Care for cargo - Check Station Metrics Widget; Check LCM (Life Cycle Monitor) – ensure On-time performance against customer promise.
• Accepts all booking orders (from customer or overseas office) and processes them for handover to Operations.
• Acts as key contact for allocated customers – Own the customer, quality, gross profit.
• Stays informed on shipment and exception status for allocated customers.
• Proactively informs customer on shipment status, exceptions and provides intermediate updates on incident solution.
• Handles customer enquiries.
• Builds partnership and respond promptly - Takes and handles any customer complaints/feedback; solves customer complaints or assigns tasks to other functions
• Participates in joint Sales visits if necessary.
• Offer innovative solutions through upselling
• Passes on leads to Sales.
• Acts as first contact point for customer claims; supports customer in notification and reception of claims, provides DGF claims documents, collects required documents from claimant and hands over to specialized claims handlers when documents are complete, where applicable.
• Collaborates closely with Export Operations, Freight planning team and other departments for smooth handling of shipments and continuous updates.
• Escalates issues, if required.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in freight forwarding/ logistics industry preferred

Responsibilities:

• Perform requirement analysis of the System Program and consult with management team with facts supported by research and market analysis
• Analyse, test and perform gap analysis identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods
• Test, debug, diagnose and advise errors in applications within given testing protocols, guidelines and quality standards
• Correct detected errors and implement suggested changes within the programming language and provided guidelines to ensure programs and application perform to specification
• Code Design, improve, and Debug system and application in suitable programming languages
• Propose features and improvements in existing system and highlight the task within the technical specifications
• Provide advice, guidance and expertise in developing proposals for software design activities such as financial evaluation and costings for recommending software purchases and upgrades
• Interpret specifications, technical designs and flow charts to builds appropriate software program
• Maintain and modify the code for software applications, construct technical specifications from a business functional model, and test and write technical documentation
• Maintain and update end user manual and required documentation of the program including operational procedures
• Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
• Gather and document requirements for enhancements to existing and implementation of new system
• Produce specifications by translating business problems into user stories, process maps, data flow design, UI design and API integration Continuously seek methods to improve business processes by finding technical solution and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Act as an information source and liaison between business and IT department, always validating the solution will achieve intended outcome
• Collaborate with global Finance Process & Systems Optimization and with other ecommerce markets and Shared Service Centre team on joint projects

Key Requirements:
Bachelor of Software Engineering, or

The Call Center Trainer develops and facilitates classroom training programs under the direct supervision of the department manager. The Call Center trainer is expected to assist with continued improvement of current curriculum, policy and procedure updates and the creation of new curriculum as needed to support the Third-Party Services department. The focus of this position is facilitation and delivery of program curriculum for new and existing gov agencies as well as our third-party services client’s performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivers approved new hire and continuing education training with emphasis on customer service skills, Third Party Services product and process knowledge, as well as Third Party Services and policies and procedures including all systems training that would require the agents to use
• Collaborates with the management in assisting with the transitioning of agents from the training class to their new/ existing work environment and ensures competency levels meet business needs.
• Developments and maintains associate training support materials, including department policy and procedures.
• In collaboration with management, assists the Quality Assurance team in the quality improvement process.
• Maintains current operational knowledge of workflows, policies, procedures and systems through taking calls, processing inventory, attending team meetings, side-by-side observations and conducting quality monitoring.
• Update the client/ agencies on monthly performance on all matter related to training and QA.
• Collaborate and come together as a team bring both QA and Trainers together in order to create a synergy with the Call Center through daily huddles, weekly and monthly meeting with the intent to achieve SLAs, Quality and Consistency
