Job requirements
1. Manage and administer the Salesforce CRM system:
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the organization's specific requirements.
- Set up and maintain user roles, profiles, security settings, and data access.
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, and process builders.
- Monitor and maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Stay updated on new Salesforce features and functionalities to suggest and implement enhancements.
- Manage pipeline data to ensure it is accurate and relevant through regular reporting checks and analysis, update data as relevant.
- Overseas cleansing of contact data and undertake data upload activities, ensure data is correctly structured and accurate within the system.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify and understand their CRM needs.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to propose appropriate solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement them in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams or external vendors for system integrations or custom development.
3. Drive CRM system enhancements and optimizations:
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements or new functionalities to streamline processes and improve user experience.
- Assess, recommend, and implement appropriate AppExchange solutions or other Salesforce plugins.
- Conduct regular system audits, improve data cleanliness, and recommend data management best practices.
4. Provide analytics and reporting support:
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to facilitate sales and performance tracking.
- Create and deliver periodic reports to management and key stakeholders.
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
Job Requirements
To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:
-Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or CRM Manager.
- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce administration, customizations, and configurations.
- Experience with CRM workflows, reports, dashboards, and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or higher certification required.
