A key member of the Singapore Finance and Accounting team and reports to the Accountant. This position is to support the finance department in carrying out the responsibilities of handling daily operational accounting, month close and statutory/other audit. Will have opportunities to interact directly with various stakeholders in Singapore finance, commercial and business partners.

• Perform day-to-day operational matters – Accounts Payable and General Ledger adjustments
• Active management of accounts payable (3rd party and Intercompany) coordination with external consultant for reconciliation
• Support in bank reconciliation, cashflow report and cash application of bank related transactions
• Perform payment cycle and preparation of payment runs
• Support Accountant in Month End Close activities, Balance Sheet Reconciliations in compliance with SOX regulations
• Support Accountant in audit schedule preparations for internal and external audits in compliance with US GAAP, Local GAAP and SOX
• Support inventory stock takes at year end for locations in the office and third-party warehouse, its reconciliations and reporting
• Any ad-hoc and other duties as assigned by the management

To be successful in this position, you will posses:

• At least Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with basic understanding of accounting principles and local accounting practices.
• 1-2 Yrs of work experience will be an added advantage
• A good team player with positive attitude

We seek a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth and success.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, APAC, the Talent Acquisition Partner, will work to proactively attract, recruit, and onboard top talent into our organization.

This role requires close partnership with key stakeholders in a fast-paced matrix environment and will work closely with the Global Head of Talent on global initiatives such as employment branding, diversity & inclusion and to drive operational efficiency through standardized use of the applicant tracking system.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all recruitment activities, including developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and providing market intelligence to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of recruiting experience focusing on technical, scientific, professional, corporate, and support positions within the life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
• Experience recruiting in the APAC region, especially India & SEA, for commercial talents is a must.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and computer communication and presentation skills.

The Bruker Applied Mass Spectrometry (BAMS) Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for growing applied MS sales and support the sales and strategic objectives in the South APAC regions in conjunction with the Bruker’s sales channels and marketing teams. The objectives include the generation of better-than-market growth within the market segment, acceleration of sales and pipeline development, identification and access to new accounts, managing the business relationships with existing ones, positioning and promotion of the BAMS solutions, conglomeration of knowledge within the market area and feedback of information into the company to design novel market solutions. A key focus will be to introduce and drive new Direct Analysis in Real Time (DART) MS systems in the region.

• Drive growth of BAMS sales in South APAC in the applied markets food, environmental, Industrial and forensics with an annual sales quota.
• Understand the customer’s value chain, critical success factors, and key initiatives based on which the business plan and sales strategy are developed.
• Identify and map target accounts, develop and execute account penetration and development plans.
• Generate and develop new sales opportunities as part of continued pipeline development for the region.
• Partner with sales channels for driving growth.
• Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly activity reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline growth reports.
• Identify and establish working relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL). Leverage these relationships to position and promote Bruker solutions within the market segment.

Qualifications:

Duties

• Lead the assigned service operations team.
• Coordinate problem resolution with other departments including engineering, customer service, sales and applications to expedite repairs.
• Review performance reports and documentation from customers and field representatives, inspect malfunctioning or damaged product to determine nature and scope of problem.

Required Qualifications

• M.S. or B.S. level chemist, biochemist, physicist or engineer with NMR work experience.
• Demonstrated familiarity with a variety of NMR experiments and laboratory experience.
• Proven experience and ability with spectrometer hardware and troubleshooting hardware problems.
• Previously managing service or instrumentation within science or engineering discipline
• A very high degree of understanding business processes and ability to discuss and persuade at all levels of an organisation
• Current valid driving licence
• No visa disqualification from the USA or EU.
• Valid passport and able to travel extensively both domestic and international travel
