PRIMARY FUNCTION :

The Key Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned automotive OEM customers, develop a profitable service parts business derived from our OE division and actively seek new sales opportunities.

In this role, he/she will have to liaise with cross divisional and/or functional internal teams
(including Customer Service and Product Mangers) to improve the entire customer experience.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Build and maintain strong and long-lasting business relationship with customers
• Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
• Develop a solid and trusting relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
• Maintain efficient account portfolios

Your main responsibility would be:

• Act as a contact window and receive requests from project managers and project teams. 
• Assist project managers and project teams in project management related tasks such as budget tracking, risk reporting, preparing documents for project reviews, facilitating internal project meetings with distributed team members, following up open points, advising project managers in Bosch’s project management processes, and administrative tasks. 
• Collaborate with other functional departments to fulfill project management processes. For instance, work with controllers to perform business plan and quarterly revenue/expenses forecast; work with quality managers to prepare for project reviews. 
• Collaborate with other project management assistants in many countries to exchange lessons learned, best practices, and processes/tools update. 
• Use various internal and external tools/applications (Microsoft Project, Salesforce, etc.), and ensure that the project information is properly maintained in the Project Management Information Systems.

We have an exciting new opening for a FIFO Service Technician to join our Bosch Rexroth team in Perth WA. This role will have a scheduled roster on a fly-in/fly-out basis and respond to customers service requests while promoting the sale of Bosch Rexroth parts.

Tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Proactively develops and promotes improvement solutions to enhance customer production and maintenance requirements.
• Carries out site repairs, installation, commissioning, function/performance testing on customer equipment & systems including Hydraulic Power Units, Rotary and Linear Actuators, Accumulators & nitrogen gas charging.
• Maintains current record of all equipment and tooling assigned to vehicle/technician.
• Ensures all equipment and tooling is kept clean and in safe working order, with 100% availability.
