Assessment of claims in line with the AIG Life claims philosophy and policy terms and conditions.
Communicate with members, clients, doctors, service providers, intermediaries, reinsurers and FOS as necessary to:
Obtain further information in relation to claims or potential claim enquiries
Explain claims requirements and decisions
Resolve appeals and complaints
Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries and service providers
Contribute ideas for the continuous improvement of the claims business process within AIG Life to ensure that AIG Life remains innovative and forward thinking – constantly challenge the status quo.
Work closely with other areas within AIG Life (for example Group Claim Assessors, Underwriting, Actuarial, Client Services) to develop a thorough understanding of the business and contribute to "best practice" overall.
Represent AIG Life at Industry meetings, including Focus, CAMPUS and the Health Claims Forum

Summer Internship Program Description
Joining the Corebridge Financial Summer Internship Program is a great way to enhance your business acumen and gain insight into our industry. Summer interns are placed into meaningful and interesting roles that are valued by the business.
The Summer Internship Program lasts approximately 10 weeks and is targeted to students entering the final year of their undergraduate or graduate education. The successful candidate will be supporting the AIG Singapore insurance business and regional initiatives, and work as a member of the APAC actuarial team to achieve goals and deliver on strategic initiatives.
We are looking for a candidate who will be assisting the Pricing and Portfolio management team responsible for portfolio optimization, assessment of pricing adequacy and company strategies, for the purpose of ensuring company financial strength, regulatory compliance, and meeting profit objectives.
This position will also provide opportunities to assist in reserving predictive modeling, develop accurate analysis techniques, suggest innovative product designs, and coordinate with others within or outside the department on various projects.
