About the Role

You will lead, in partnership with the business partners to ensure that all Risk and Compliance risk areas are efficiently and effectively assessed, mitigated and controlled with reference to the best working approaches and standards of AIA Group and its Business Units.

• Responsible for the overall design, implementation and ongoing improvement of organization’s Risk and Compliance Programme that is focused on sound governance of an operations shared services entity whilst ensuring its alignment with Business and Strategic objectives of the Group
• Lead the implementation of an effective compliance and risk assessment programme for organization and engage with key business partners which includes:-

1) working with business divisions and functions (e.g. Group and/or

Business Partner, Internal and External Audit, Finance, Risk and

decision-making on compliance and ethics matters

2) Develop and implement an effective education programme through

• Represent organization in Group Risk and Compliance initiatives through active participation and liaison work

Complete AML Quality Assurance (QA) activities undertaken by the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Centre of Excellence

• Assist in designing and implement an effective Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Quality Assurance Programme.

About the Role

The position is mainly responsible for ensuring that services provided by Service Partners properly defined with the corresponding service scope, expected output, costs and service levels to ensure that BPI AIA services to Customers are met in terms of time and quality standards for the assigned channels or segments. He/ she will also be responsible for ensuring that these services are measured versus agreements. He/ she will raise issues and concerns on service delivery and ensure timely resolution. At the same time, he/ she will recommend or initiate improvements and enhancements to existing services or processes with all stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develops, negotiates and secures Management sign-off of   Service Agreements with Partners including the service scope, expected output, costs and service levels. 
• Amends the Service Agreements as may be necessary due to changing business requirements.
• Ensures that services covered by the Service Agreements are measured and reported to BPI AIA in a timely and regular manner following the agreed formats and supported by transaction details.
• Tracks reports on Service Errors/ Failures received from Partners, Customers and BSEs and ensures that these are closed and resolved with the proper corrective/ preventive action steps.

• Initiates projects to help improve the service delivery to customers and sales force from development of financial assumptions and business case, project defense, secures approval from all concerned units, project set-up, implementation and attainment of target results.
• Develops capacity planning together with the Shared Services Data Analytics Officer using projected sales volume to ensure that required headcount is in place to deliver the required service and meet the target service level.

About the Role

The Shared Services Data Analytics Specialist is mainly responsible for generating the data and reports related to shared services needed by the business and turn it into insight and present it in a way that will help the business make better decisions. He/she will work closely with Shared Services Data Analytics Manager and will support the department on shared services data related requirements and ensure timely submission of those reports.

• In charge with ADA enrollment report to help ensure collection of subsequent premiums of clients. Provides sales the ADA enrollment report per division monthly so that appropriate action can be taken for policies with unenrolled ADA via BPI microsite.
• Create Weekly Reinstatement Suspense Report per division to provide the sales team a single view of those reinstatable policies with payment but with pending requirements. This will help sales achieve their target persistency target.
• In charge with budget allocation and budget forecasting for Shared Services Management department.
• In charge with SSA billing validation to ensure correct charging for operations related services rendered.
• Provide timely and accurate reports that will support business units in achieving operational SLA and ANP target such as SSM Mancom Report, MLPP Report, Sales Digital Journey Scorecard for coffee closing, and other reports that may be required.
• Work with SSM team members on the assessment of the Shared Services Management‘s Key Operational Risks on a monthly basis in collaboration with all the team members, if still within or above the set risk appetite level. About the Role

This position is accountable for designing and implementing projects/initiatives related to the Business Quality (BQ) Framework, Market Conduct Guidelines (MCG) and risk, audit and compliance requirements.

• Develop and implement interventions to address gaps in the BQ Framework and correct negative sales practices.

About the Role

Championing and implementing digitalization and self-help capabilities (i.e Chatbot, RPA and any future servicing portal) at customer service touch points to achieve Next Generation servicing and Leading Customer Experience.

Uphold the responsibilities in Complaint Management and deliver Fair Dealing Outcome in resolving customers’ complaints in an independent, effective and prompt manner.

Analyse data to identify trend for automation and process improvement for Operational Efficiency and Quality of Service.

- Support Head, Customer Service in driving digital transformation and self-help tools at service touch points in Singapore and OSS Contact Centre with - Compliance and Operational Risk in mind.

- Responsible for designing “as if” and “to be” in customer experience journey on transformation tools.

- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and spearhead in implementing digitalization and self-help capabilities to achieve Corporate Solutions’ goals and vision in Joyous CX.

- Drive e-portals utilization rate, focus on accuracy and quality of contents and increase customer satisfaction ratings.

- Develop and implement customer centric strategies and framework to deliver consistent high standard and quality service to our customers and business partners.

- Support investigation of complainants escalated to Customer Service section and communicate investigation findings/outcome to complainant/business partners within the required turnaround time.

- Attend to enquiries/feedback received at the various customer service touch points.

-Use of data to identify and recommend any process/operational enhancements or new service propositions to improve customer service and experience.

About the Role

The Partnership Distribution Communications Specialist is responsible for creating, designing, and formatting effective communication materials to effectively deliver company strategies and objective.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Streamline complex business strategies and ideas into relevant, meaningful, and engaging messages tailored to the target audience.
• Customize designs, delivery, and visuals depending on the target audience.
• Partner closely stakeholders to deliver on company / department priorities and objectives.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing
• With at least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Computer savvy
• General understanding and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
• Willing to be assigned in BPLAC Makati Head Office

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Specialist to join our collaborative team to provide support in developing and implementing regulatory compliance policies for AIA FA

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Responsible for engagement with internal and external partners to deliver Compliance's initiatives.

• Responsible for the development and implementation of relevant Compliance policies and procedures that is vital to support the objectives and values of AIA FA to manage corporate-level regulatory risks.

• Ensure effective communication of compliance and risk matters including timely and accurate reporting and/or escalation of such matters in accordance with relevant reporting and protocols.

• Collaborating closely with Sales team to ensure quality recruitment of representatives and putting in place controls and programs to monitor and ensure quality business brought in by the representatives.

• Develop or lead all aspects of development of structural approach and procedures to effectively deal with representatives/sales staff misconduct, from receiving allegations to planning and conducting investigations to taking remedial/recovery actions

• Develop and implement an effective education and engagement program through ongoing communication and training to embed a culture of compliance and ethics

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE

• Degree holder in an appropriate field (e.g. Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, Business Management or Law)

• 5 to 8 years of work experience in Market Conduct and Anti-Money Laundering, handling compliance and controls

• In-depth understanding of the Insurance business preferred and, in lieu of insurance, financial services.

• In-depth knowledge of Industry’s operations, regulations and guidelines

• A highly disciplined and great teammate with the ability to work well with all partners

• Computer literate

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Independent and ability to perform well in high-pressure environments

• Must be organized, meticulous and analytical
