The Job

• Responsible for ensuring that each part of the manufacturing process has been correctly completed.
• To supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent standards.
• To develop and implementing quality control tests, inspecting products at various stages and writing reports documenting production issues.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the effectiveness of the overall QA, ISO functions (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001) and other certifications (UL & CE) throughout the company.
• Ensure the effectiveness of document, drawing and information control system throughout the company.
• Ensure the effectiveness of quality improvement plans formulated from the review of customer complaint, internal rejection, supplier rejection, Corrective Action.

The Candidate

• Minimum Degree in Engineering (of any discipline) or Quality Management.
• 5 years experience in a managerial level in Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Management Representative for ISO 9001 QMS and/or ISO 14001 EMS.
• Qualified Lead Assessor for ISO 9001:2015 and/or ISO 14001:2015.

1. 職責：

• 規劃檢查和報告品質問題的程序。
• 監督所有影響品質的操作。
• 監督和指導檢查員、技術人員和其他工作人員。
• 透過檢查流程和最終輸出來重申生產的可靠性和一致性。
• 評估客戶的要求並確保他們滿意。
• 向生產主管報告所有故障，以確保立即採取行動。
• 透過收集和分析品質數據來促進主動解決方案。
• 審查現行標準和政策。
• 品質報告、統計審查和相關文件的記錄記錄。
• 確保符合所有法律標準。
• 在現場檢查期間與外部品質保證官員互動。

要求：

• 具備擔任品質保證經理或相關角色的豐富經驗。
• 對品質保證和標準的方法有豐富的了解。
• 出色的數字技能和對數據分析/統計方法的理解。
• 熟悉 MS Office 和資料庫。
• 高超的溝通技巧。
• 注重細節和以結果為導向的方法。
• 模範的組織和領導能力。
• 可靠且值得信賴。
• 至少擁有工商管理或相關領域的學士學位。
• 品質控制認證是一個強大的優勢（ISO 9000 等）。
