Position Description

The Senior Consultant is a team focused and outcome driven role. The role provides strategy, design, delivery, and stakeholder outcomes. The role has accountability to deliver engagement as per the customer requirements in all aspects including cloud transformation and application modernization within the commercial construct.

The Senior Consultant plays a key role  within an effective and engaged team formed for the duration of the engagement for the purpose of achieving the client project goals and objectives. Acts as a senior team member in relation to the engagement to align business and technical outcomes to the client needs, by building rapport, trust and relationship.

The Senior Consultant role is technology focused and outcome driven, with the aim of providing technical and domain expertise to clients to produce a coherent technology strategy and platform.

The Senior Consultant is knowledgeable in at least one of Ollion’s go-to-market domains and is an expert in this space. They use this knowledge to shape the Customers strategy and approach to the transformation

Expertise you bring 

Client Relationship Management: Build strategic client relationships, identify and support identification of business growth opportunities.  Proactively participates in the delivery of professional engagements and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Problem resolutions and escalations that enhance our reputation.

  • Assist in ensuring client satisfaction and exceptional experience in all client interactions
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) & Customer Satisfaction survey results are on an improving trend. 
  • Responsible for achieving client expectations and delivery outcomes once a deal is signed.

Client Consulting & Delivery Engagement : Support client account and engagement strategy that develops an understanding of client needs and help drive this into a technical/business solution that achieves expected client outcomes.

Provide thought leadership to clients that inspires innovation and new ways of doing business

  • Bring the best of the Ollion best practices and technical solutions and offerings to client
  • Work with engagement teams of consultants and engineers to achieve client outcomes in line with Ollion best practices.
  • SME aligned to one or more practice service offerings.
  • Act as a point of contact in client engagements to resolve issues and risks, before escalations.
  • Customer feedback and commercial milestones are success metrics

Delivery Quality:  Support and assist client engagement are delivered in alignment to practice delivery frameworks and risk managed appropriately 

  • All engagements delivered against Practice Delivery Framework
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) & Customer Satisfaction survey results are on an improving trend.
  • Projects delivered to agreed scope and budgets and variances are managed appropriately
  • Manages customer expectations and satisfaction by setting high standards for quality, monitoring & maintaining productivity, working systematically & consistently achieving project goals
