Due to Business Expansion, a recruitment of below talented candidates is required for our branches.
Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources function which includes manpower planning, recruitment and selection, payroll, training and development, performance management, employee welfare administration, compensation/benefits and other HR related support service.
Assist in maintain and ensure ISO policies, procedures and forms are updated as per ISO requirements.
Identify training needs, monitor training programs, training evaluation, update training record, etc.
Prepare letters, contracts, memos, etc.
Organizes corporate events such as annual dinner, teambuilding, etc.
To liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
To prepare and records monthly payroll and statutory obligations - EPF, SOCSO, EIS Income tax, HRDF gratuity, bonus etc.
Monitoring Company Vehicles – Insurance, Road Tax & Summons
Monitor stationery & pantry stuff.
To handle staff disciplinary and grievance issues.
To monitor the renewal, payment and staff permits
To maintain accurate updated employee database such as personal file, attendance record, leave record, medical record, medical claim etc.
Plan and assign the job with manager. Update the job status and monitor the OT hour.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 2 year of working experience HR field
Must have good communication and PR skills and be able to socialize well at all levels of people.
Good command of both spoken and written business English.
Fluent in mandarin to liaise with mandarin speaking worker
Excellent interpersonal, communication & organization skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Team player who is dynamic, self-motivated, and result oriented.
Able to work in Puncak Alam Business Park 5
Immediate availability will be an advantage.
