Distributor Market Representative

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a fully stocked store at outlets.
• Identify customers' needs and wants.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Welcome and greet customers.
• Monitor and collect outlets payment ( Aging)
• Updating monthly promotion to outlets.
• Keep up-to-date with product information.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits.
• Follow all companies policies and procedures.
• Must have initiative and self discipline to achieve target given by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year proven working experience in retail sales.
• Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Must have own transport.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self discipline and initiative character toward achieving Target given by the company.
• Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
• Age below 40 years old.
• Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent.
