SAP Support Analyst

Job Responsibilities: 

• To provide 1st level of SAP and IT support activities for all SAP and IT users across the company
• To resolve and propose solution for production and accounts SAP related issues and any IT related issues
• Guide and provide end user training for SAP user assistance, system usage and success factors
• Understand of SAP user requirements and preparation of process flow documentation
• Preparation of reports, support documentation and training manual
• Provide SAP configuration and master data setup, ensure IT services delivery and system integrity
• Conduct and coordinate unit testing, user acceptance testing and system integration testing
• Responsible for ISMS and ITGC audit

Job Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor degree in Computer Science or in fields related to information technology
• At least 3 years of SAP functional working experience in manufacturing industry 
• Basic accounting knowledge is required for this position
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Adaptable and effective learner  
• A mature team player with pleasant personality, positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.  Able to work in close coordination with team members 
• Self-motivated, responsible, meticulous and results oriented with high integrity, honesty and professionalism
• Proficiency in speaking and written of English, Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia
