Your Opportunity : 

Allexcel is in search of an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team! The ideal candidate has experience and interest to further their career in product and brand management and thrives in a fastpaced environment.

The day-to-day activity of the role encompasses the planning and execution of consumer marketing activities, creative, digital, media, experiential/ community activation, reporting as well as product innovation. You will be required to be proactive and to seek out fresh ideas from a variety of sources and is able to smoothly handle multiple demands and shifting priorities.

The right candidate will share the belief that we can help people on their health and wellness journey by delivering simple and sustainable food products solutions across different eating occasions every day; culture fit is critical for success in the position.

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will be a key contributor to help build the Allswell brand and to achieve business goals for the Company for both Malaysia & Singapore market. You will report to the both MY & SG Marketing Managers and be based in Bandar Sunway, Selangor.

Your key focus will be to :

  • Be consumer-centric and to utilise your understanding of consumer needs to: − build effective product or service solutions − create unique brand experiences for Allswell consumers.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel marketing activities that will cover the customer journeys of different targets (B2B, B2B2C, B2C) to create brand awareness, acquire new consumers and drive sales.
  • Track marketing performance and analyse data of activities to derive compelling insights that drive optimization of marketing initiatives and the performance of all touchpoints.
  • Be a team player – you have a collaborative attitude and supports the team to drive for results.

Your day-to-day will include (for both MY & SG Market) :

Planning & Execution

  • Plan, execute, track, and optimize marketing plan, campaigns, and new product launches to achieve overall business goals.
  • Participate in the development of ideas and mechanics for all activities in the marketing plan.
  • Assist with packaging, merchandising and communication development initiatives.
  • Tracks and analyses results of campaigns and new launches in the market.
  • Supports and helps to organise and conduct research projects to gather information from consumers, customers and the industry.
  • Regularly performs market research and competitor analysis.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed and delivered on time.

Brand Management

  • Monitor application of the brand across marketing materials to deliver quality brand image consistently.
  • Maintain and update brand archives and assets.

Communication and Digital Content

  • Assist with development and manage production of marketing materials.
    Plan and execute all communications at relevant channels and touchpoints, including online and social media along the path-to-purchase.
  • Contribute to basic social media content creation includes but not limited to copywriting, design, and proof reading.
  • Assist with the maintenance of all brand touchpoints including updates, design, and user experience.
  • Monitor consumer feedback from social media to identify insights and opportunities to build more effective engagement.

Budget Management

  • Track and manage timelines and budgets for all marketing activities, including financial payments due to 3rd party agencies, businesses, suppliers.


Skills and Experiences

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Management or Mass Communication.
  • At least 3 years of experience in brand and product management in a FMCG MNC (preferable).
  • Experience with health and wellness products and services is an advantage.
    Proven experience in brand and communication planning, campaign development, activation of marketing plans, research, and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, digital channels and online commerce with a minimum of 1-year experience.
  • Basic design, editing and copywriting skills will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with basic data modelling, financial, and statistical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written command of English is mandatory. Business proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese is an advantage.
  • Short trips to Singapore required from time-to-time

  • Creative thinker with strong analytical skills to guide business decisions.
