Job Description:
- To record all sign up form for Indirect customer from time to time.
- To assist on payout/rebate for all Direct & Indirect customer for all programs from tracking to invoice collection to payout.
- To track all payment records and keep in internal sharedrive.
- To track all signed agreement & ensure keep in internal sharedrive.
- To record all invoices from Indirect Customer & upload to Channel Zoom (Indirect Customer System Database tools).
- To register/create code all new indirect customer with Finance & Channel Zoom (Indirect Customer System Database tools).
- To assist on all scanning, filing, tracking related work purposes.
- To update & maintain all information of customer database.
Requirements:
- Fresh Graduate from Diploma/Degree
- Experience candidate is welcome to apply
- Good in Excel
