Responsibilities:
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution on IT services & Cloud Services.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting, implementing & migrating IT hardware, software & Cloud services.
- Delivering performance tuning advice and guidance on the Microsoft virtualization platform
- Understand the customer need and establish company's product as the best solution that addresses the technical and business requirements.
- Possess good communication and technical skills with consultative skills as well as customer-oriented skills.
- Undertake all other ICT related projects of the company.
- Able to work extra hours, independently, full responsibility and with minimum supervision.
- To perform any ad-hoc jobs and reports as and when requested by The Management
- To assist Technical Team in project deployment
- To assist Technical Team in post-project Support & Maintenance
- To Support Pre-sales & Sales in preparing documentation and Presentation
- Ensure quality, efficiency and consistency of the assessments.
- To Support Pre-sales in providing end-to-end resolution to customer requests
- Perform system integration and acceptance test
- Preparing project documentations including requirements, design, test results as well as manual and training documents
